Though I suppose he could be a trans lesbian still in the closet after all these years. But oh geez, but when I realized that little Miwa knew what tall Miwa was going to do, I started crying |

| Sweet development on how each Miwa came to appreciate life. I just don't like that random guy loving her. As long as she ends up with someone else better, it's a fine story. 7/10 overall, I think. |
| I like how Miyahara and the Miwas were shown to be friends, that was a warm and cute moment. I wonder what happened to Miwa's game-addicted father, whether he managed to get help or not. Selling off the ring that was promised to his daughter was a rough scene, but it's completely believable; addicts who are in so deep can and will sell everything they can get their hands on, to support their habit. Also relieved to see that the other Miwa didn't let the mean comments bring her down, and pursued her dream of fashion design. And it's cute how Miyahara and Miwa have that pact; they obviously care a lot about each other and could make a relationship work if they feel like it. |
