Taking from this source (this chapter in manga), it takes voice data and analyzes each part for psychological triggers or hints (such as a slight wavering, higher/lower pitches, breathing rate, etc.) and combines them to make an analysis while also taking into account environmental factors (concrete room vs open room) and seems to be able to tell mental statuses to be more accurate. Though I'm unsure how it would be able to tell nutrition status without being able to scan the person in real time. There are two main problems with implementing/creating this to overcome however. 1. The big one: Some people are natural liars and can bypass it since there would be no change in their voice or demeanor. "He lied as naturally as he breathed." 2. The amount of sample data and analytical data about each and every possible person's voice (such as male vs female) pitch, tone, and accents would require massive data storage and massive troubleshooting to make a working product on unknown voices for even just one language not to mention the incredible processing power to do it in real time. This problem could be overcome with an AI learning software, but that in itself would be a massive undertaking. Apologies for the wall of text! |
