| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Seiseki had a good morale going into episode. Both teams played their hardest by the looks of it though. I really like the momentum carried into the majority of the episode. There was a heartstopping moment in the second half that I found pretty chilling and imo, a dirty move. I mean, pulling Kai pulling Tsukamoto down by the shirt?.. The plus side is that Seiseki gets a free kick. |

| Yeah! Great episode. Match presentation was much better than last week, Glad we got more actual play animation this time around. I thought it was over when Usui was about to clear, That last minute draw though. Loved the scene with Tsukamoto picking up the ball and cheering, Seiseki Fight!! I wonder if Tsukamoto would have got the goal if he hadn't been fouled. Ooshiba's rant was hilarious. XD Last second free kick from Kimishita, That Kurusu reaction as he saw the ball's trajectory. XD Pretty awesome final goal, Congratulations to Kimishita for his hat-trick and Seiseki for their win. Finale next week. |

| So much intensity throughout this episode, but luckily (and I guess not surprisingly) Seiseki managed to stick it out until the end. I think I would have preferred it if Tsukamoto scored the final point to show how far he's come since the first episode, but Kimishita's badassery was fine too. |

| Honestly I couldn't decide who the real MVP of this match was until that very last scene. Was it Inohara? Beast goalie? (HE'S BEAST OK) Was it Kimishita? Or maybe perhaps it truly was Tsukushi? But no. I really gotta give it to Kimishita. I LOVE HIM! HE'S BOSS! 3 TIMES!!!!!!!! THREEEEEEE! Ooshiba's remarks were jokes tho. I'm glad Kimishita did end up shooting for him. Those two are so tight xD Also I'm holding a grudge against that dumbass Keiou guy. Tsukushi almost got his glory moment! HE DESERVED THAT! But no you gotta cheat (idc it's cheating to me!) and pulling him down like that? Screw u. I think Tsukushi would've been my MVP if he had been allowed to score. But it's ok, boss man Kimishita still put them in their place. |
| Damn it was a tough game, those guys came back hard, and that free kick at the end, some of them really are beautiful the man could just cry when he sees it go on live. So sad this is ending next week. |

| I think the anime has caught up to the manga already so 2nd season will be pretty far but will be really glad if there is a sequel!!! Anyway, Ooshiba never really fails to make me laugh. That mouth of his! hahaha. And too bad for Tsukamoto. But good thing it was not a cliffhanger. Last episode next week and I will really miss this. |
| That slow motion with Tsuk and Kai was nerve wrecking . Next week will be the finale, gonna be sorta sad. |

Also, I was so ready for that Tsukamoto goal but ofcourse why did I even expect anything. If not for the Kimishita free kick, I would have bitched about it badly. Inohara is overshadowed, he's the real MVP. |

| Everyone saying they liked this episodes, but am I the only one that hated the view we got from the field and plays? It seems like they are just dribbling right on the penalty area like nothing it really annoys me how unrealistic that is. Other than that I liked it. |
| A curve including all entries should be of a gaussian form. One including limited entries by picking animes you liked and not rating animes you dropped should look like mine. Amount of total animes each rating should have (percentages): 6-25,7-15,8-6,9-3,10-1  |
| A little sad that this show is so underrated compared to the other shows in sports genre. It's got a slow start, but definitely worth the watch. The slow-mo with Tsukamoto and Kai gave me the chills (do I smell some serious latent talent from Tsukamoto?) Hope to see more of his growth in another season. |

| They really went for an intense finish to that match. So next week is the final episode, which means we won't get the final to the preliminaries this season. I hate it when they stop an anime at such a terrible spot. You can excuse it because the anime caught up to the manga, but really that's just poor planning. I wonder if we'll get a season devoted entirely to the final match like they did with Haikyu!! |
| Coach is really stupid. Make substitution at last minutes?! And all three player at once! I don't think that i'm expert at football, but i rarely seen match, where coach is making three substitution at the end of a match (except exhibition matches). They're should change someone from attack line on defender, 'cuz Nitobe got red. And if this three substitutions occurred, actually it would be even worse for Seiseki. I give an example. It's like give gamepad to someone in the middle of fight in a fighting game. Even if they watched before, it's harder to go in a flow of fight. Usually, substitution in the end of a game is produce to give players a rest. Especially if, since Seiseki had only nine field players, they're desperately needed a substitution. |

| That freeze frame moment was real intense. From what I could tell, Tsukamoto would have made the shot if he wasn't tugged back. Awesome ending shot from Kimishita though. On a side note, did they really need to show the same still shot of spectators half a dozen times? Not even the expressions changed, just smiling woman and surprised men. |

| Damn good episode, Tsukushi quite won them the game. Briliiant play and episode. Can't believe that hattrick, they were all nice shots, and I'm really liking Tsukushi's progress. And his VA is brilliant, that Seiseki fight was awesome to hear. |

| That Tsukamoto scene was pretty sick, really had the feeling he would have made it if not for the foul Kimishita has some great accuracy making all those goals |

| Seeing more of Kimishita's badassery is always good but just imagine how the match would have gone if the damn coach would have made a substitution. The dude seriously thought it was okay to leave the defense line as it was despite the immense hole it had. No wonder why Usui collapsed given he was doing mostly all the hard work. |
