| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- So Hikari isn't feeling so well this episode...oh well I guess it happens. Nipa is such a good friend for staying by her. Action was decent this episode, pretty fast paced and good to see Nipa in action again. Pretty fun way with the holiday spirit this episode between all the girls. I love it! What a feast they assembled!  |

| Sanya and Eila coming to the rescue. It was nice to see the girls trying so hard to help out Hikari feeling better. It was also funny to see Krupinski screw up like that. But everything worked out in the end. |

| Krupinski was blamed all the time, lol. Next Ep is something about her probably. With characters like her I sometimes wonder if they would have some romance if this was not an anime. (I mean seriously, the way she flirts with everyone ^^ ) Also some 501st members! Finally! Maybe we will see the others as well. Haribuchi got sick because its cold.. Maybe she should wear pants XD |

| Quite a change in Episode 7 from Strike Witches! I updated my CR review: "At halfway through the season, Brave Witches has had substantially less fanservice than Strike Witches, not through mere censorship, but by having less to censor - far fewer bath scenes and such. This will decrease the show's appeal to some, but also increase it for others. The intent may be to somewhat eschew ecchi and focus more on the booming moé market, which is driven first and foremost by cuteness. Even Episode 7, which in both Strike Witches series focused entirely on pantsu nonsense, here is instead a heartwarming slice-of-life midwinter festival story." | Sanya and Eila! Never thought that character from 501st would come into the episode, instead of just being reported on the newspaper. Whatsmore both of them in santa costume<3 and thats pure gold. Hilarious moment during the snow sledding. I must say the production pick the right seiyuu for Hikari, her voice go in tune everytime she slipped up on something. Beautiful episode with the champagne fire light. |

| I thought the only cameo's that we would get of the 501st squad would be from newspaper shots, just like Sakamoto and Miyafuji got in the earlier episodes, but I wasn't expecting Eila and Sanya to make an actual appearance and defeat the Neuroi, saving Nipa in the process. Nice! =D I doubt they'll be hanging around for next episode, but it's great to see those two either way. =) Krupinski got what was coming to her with her amusing slip ups, but I'm happy that the next episode will be focused on her. Looking forward to it. =) |
| Another great episode that focused on friendship and bonds rather than on combat. Its nice that they decided to focus on Nipa for this episode as she was an outcast before the festival and seeing her try and cheer Hikari up was hearwarming as was seeing the rest of the squadron help. wow it must be really cold for the river to freeze yet Hikari looks like she isn't cold at all lol Hmm planning to go across the river in sled eh Lol Hikari does not look comfortable at all Lol Hikari slipping and pushing Nipa and Kano right into the thin ice Hmm So Hikari developed a cold kinda unsurprising i guess given the weather hmm so witches because of her magic usually can't get sick or injured eh And Nipa's feeling guilty because she pulled Hikari out that early Even a master chef can't pull miracles without enough supplies even if that cook is Shimohara hmm supply in war is just as important as weapons both are equally important in war its nice that the series recognizes this fact Its nice to see Nipa and Kanno work so hard to ensure the festival is successful though and how hard they research it by asking everyone in the squadron Its interesting to see how each of the countries that the characters are from have different customs regarding the festival. Lol the horror story about the fox woman lol and Waltrud getting punished by Edytha lol Hmm so the festival is used to celebrate crops and food eh lol Waltrud's punishment is to cut a tree for the festival while wearing a sign Its cute how they are trying to hide this from Hikari while nearly the whole squadron is taking part lol Kanno is really good with crafting her dog/cat looks so lifelike Lol Aleksandra and Kanno's fake scalding talk hmm so the festival in addition to celebrate crops and foods is also about forming bonds between people eh lol laughing mushrooms really wrecked havoc on the base eh hmm so some new girls have appeared eh and with them fresh supplies as well man that was a great saturnus present wow those rows of candles was really pretty and man the decorations for the festival was really nice kinda like Christmas lol hiding the dog within the Russian doll was a nice touch lol everyone mistaking the dog for something else hmm so the two witches in red are Nipa's friends eh |

| Quite sympathetic and in keeping with the holidays that you are going to look out before long. Tentative, but very cute in his narration. Yet I feel as if there could be a further evolution, which also includes other teams in addition to the 502 th. In fact, thinking about this possibility, in the end, I was expecting just that they appear new characters, and not an extra step with the characters of the 501st. However I am happy to see Sanya and Eila. Very beautiful drawings. |

| A filler like episode but with still a quite lovely atmosphere over it, also didn't expect to see those two in the end in this side story! All in all a pretty fun episode, let's see what's next. |

| Very funny this episode is pleasant because there is the surprise presence of the characters of Sanya and Eila. As usual, the characters are very nice and time flies without noticing anything. Good quality drawings, animations and backgrounds, the new ending is catchy. |

| Well, i didn't expect their winter season had a lot of trouble after getting a cut lost of supplies with the previous episode incident happen on them. 502nd HQ seems always getting a troublesome with their supplies after isolated alone as a front line that far away in the eastern europe continent, separated them much from a strategic supplies lines. So, their situations there was surely not good at all. Beside, Nipa and the rest of the unit wanted to hold a holy festival of Saturnus to celebrate the newcomer, Hikari. They must worked together to bring a good festival, even their situation was not so good to hold a great event. Well, plus that mushroom incident everything became worsen. Then, that sudden attack ot Neuroi. Holy shit, you were right. Nipa's no luck became a reality after so much happened to her! Well, in the Holy Night, everything could be happened. Fortunately, Nipa's the one and only luck at the day, Eila and Sanya, came in the right time to save them all from a miserable day at the Holy Night festival. I feel so glad, their arrival was surely give me a shock. But its pretty sure helped 502nd girls a lot after so much troublesome happen lately. Well, for Hikari, and Nipa, its becaming their great day too, and might be never forget from their memories. A nice little chill for all of the hard work they had when fighting the Neuroi! |

| Laughing mushrooms, hehe. Yeah, there's always something weird about the episode 7 in this franchise. But this was also a very cute and wholesome episode. I loved the whole festival atmosphere. Sanya and Eila saved the day. It was so nice to see them again. |
