| Who do you think is right: Charles Xavier (Professor X) or Erik Lyncher (Magneto)? Xavier believes that mutants & normal humans can one day live together side by side peacefully. That in protecting them from mutants that would do them harm. He holds a lot of compassion for humans as he finds mutants new with their powers & teaches them so that they can blend into society or fight beside him as one of his X-Men. Erik believes that there's a war coming between mutants & humans so his philosophy is to hurt them before they hurt him. He is always coming up with new ways to set the human race straight: Mutants are the dominating race not them. Gilded to, in a sense, enslave humans in to fearing, respecting, & bowing down graciously in a way of stating they step down as the dominant race & are inferior to mutants in every way. Every new recruit he teaches them how to properly use their gifts to benefit his plans & needs. Both men are neither right nor wrong in their beliefs. However each thinks the others view is wrong or misguided. Though they are the greatest of rivals they are also the bestest of friends. Respect to one another is about the only thing that they can agree upon ... also on playing a great game of chess ~.^ So who's side would you follow if you were a mutant? |
