| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- No discussion for this gem yet? Strange :-) A very good start to this short OVA. Intriguing story and setting, very good characters and animation. The only drawback is CGI, it aged pretty badly... As for the story, Emeraldas is pretty badass :-) |

| Besides the bad CGI, this first episode was totally AMAZING! Really lovely setting and just to have a focused series on Emeraldas is just amazing! Looking forward for the other episodes! |

| i plan to discover soon how and when she got that scar on her face 6.6' because she didn't had that when she was with toshiro hm.. and hoo boy, does she change a lot with the passing of time, i would like to see that development for this character heh. 10/10 |

| I'm finally taking the actual plunge into the Leijiverse and not just reading about it. I really enjoyed this. All I could think was, "Maybe don't piss off the pirate lady." Jokes aside, I am excited to see how this fits into the rest of the cinematic universe created. She also looks just like Maetel, so I'm curious if there is any correlation, or if it's just a coincidence with Matsumoto's character designs. |
| This looks pretty good so far. I've always liked Emeraldas, and the way she handles things. I wonder if that boy will make good on what he says. |

| The opening song had a nice melody. Ah, I really admire the tall anime ladies from the 90s. But with particular design, you know it will be about space. |
