| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- I would seriously appreciate a screencap of Linas locker facepalm :D -Yay! Stan had some real speaking lines and shots this episode. -The focus this time was of Lina and how apparently fate hates her so much that it keeps putting romcom situations so that she couldn't ask Joey on a date. At first I thought "this is so tired" but when it kept happening, it got kind of funny to an absurd level. I can't believe such a rich, popular girl like that is so interested in him but as we found out the payoff at the end of the episode was perfect. -I should confess by the way that when the teacher called Joey back into the classroom, at least 30 various doujinshi scenarios started running through my head. :P -Oh snap, Joey gave the "F*** you" stare to those kidnappers -Glad to see that super speed actually being used for something. I was wondering why they had abandoned it for so long before episode 8. Next episode, we finally get the Haruko expy swinging the guitar in the OP! |

| Kinda funny episode. I figured the kidnappers were under orders of Hughes, but that might be the fact that I watched a lot of Death Note :P I liked the Lina/Joey conclusion, cute. But what's Joey afraid of then? Punks? |

| I know that it's typical for anime characters to have the same clothes everyday but for Lina, it's the cheerleader outfit? Just wondering... And once you get used to it, her voice isn't bad. Hate it when she says "Oniichan". Yeah, Stan Lee has some dialogues! He sure loves coffee. And it's great that Psy still uses that scooter(?) of his. Joey using that superspeed to a great extent now. I was kinda surprised when Joey used "Heroman Attack" to those thugs but then they were just electrocuted and I was like "Ok then". Gotta admit he looked cool when he was infront of that car. Lol at Stop sign thrown. This episode about asking for a date is kinda cliched but funny.Last part was kinda cute. So the next arc is the government chasing them. I suspect a battle between Dr. Minami's new robot and Heroman in the future. And the guitar chick is here. I'm guessing she's a sister or a cousin. Dunno why but I'm still enjoying this show :) PS When Joey was calling Lina in that payphone, anyone else reminded of Peter Parker? ;) Also, "Ghost" and "Mr. Hero" xD |

If you use older computers and some modern software use that phrase to show how the font settings would look in that setting... Also mircosoft publisher shows it too in the templates when you first open them up. More info: http://www.lipsum.com/ PS: This was a nice change from all of the action of the previous episodes! |

| Nice slow paced episode. Its good to have a small break before the next arc ^^ Still don't get the whole 3d glasses thing and why the hell did they need 2 people controlling the machine at the beginning. It was pretty obvious it only needed one. |

| I will not list all the reasons why the value of this show has jumped in this episode: 1. There are multiple story routes and situations taking place simultaneously. As long as they don't screw around with possible filler there seems to be good plot ahead. 2. Apparently Heroman got some new moves. Hopefully they are not replications of giant balls of lightning coming out of different parts of his body... 3. Joey x Lina achieved. 4. Stan Lee got his coffee.... After 10 episodes! 5. Lot less Psy (Personal annoyance) 6. More new characters introduced next episode. 7. Unlike other superheros made by Stan Lee, Joey has a good chance of being discovered. 8. Nick and Will are gone for now. Less brother complex ftw. Edit: Now all that's needed is a makeover for Joey. |
| although the plotline is just too obvious i suppose this show is getting better now. i guess you could consider the first 10 as an epilogue. |
| I swear wimpy guys in anime have it so much better than us real life wimpy guys. Also thought it was nice how they were still training and progressing. I look forward to seeing Heroman go Magneto on his opponents. And Joey has really gotten the hang of his new "Flash" abilities. That's one smooth, quick mo fo! I agree with all except 5, Psy doesn't bug me at all.  |

| Dear Santa Clause, for next Christmas i want a cool all powerful robot with a super controller that makes me like that flash guy so i can look cool to girls and get many dates.
