| well it seems from a panel of episode 32 of tybw that this movie is indeed canon, from what i understand a lot of people considered this canon for various reasons but the panel in episode 32 is a very direct confirmation that this movie is indeed canon. |

It's always been semi-canon. That scene confirming it is also in the manga.
| @vaughnnnn yeah sorry writed in a hurry but that's what i meant with "a lot of people considered this canon for various reasons", the reasons being that scene of the manga that if i dont miss remember only mentions the location, aswell some part in a light novel that aswell mentions the valley of screams. (i only have heard about the light novel part i am not sure if its true, but the important is that they only confirm part of the movie (as you said semi-canon)) What i mean is that episode 32 is a direct confirmation of the WHOLE movie being canon because they not only mention that ichigo have been to the valley of screams before, they also mention that ichigo haves been there cause of an incident with a shinenju. So yeah the mention of this part is very important confirming in my opinion that this whole movie is canon. Not only semi-canon. Sorry for not saying my arguments before. |

@lorextreme I just checked Episode 32 (which is Episode 6 of Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War Part 3 - The Conflict) and Ichigo does not mention anything about Shinenju.
I agree that this movie is canon simply because Ichigo says he's been to the Valley of Screams before, but claiming that the Shinenju is mentioned is simply wrong.
