@silversain2 Well powerwise Nemu wasn't strong enough to beat Perninda because she died while Perninda was fully healed. Perninda however did die by Nemu because he basically got cancer from eating Nemu but that had nothing to do with Nemu's actual strength.

As soon as I saw Nemu's past I knew she was gonna RIP. Also Mayuri is still undefeated lol and the biggest tsundere.

@Shinmalice Nemu's growth power exceeded that of Pernida, which led to the victory. Thanks to Nemu's potential, Mayuri, who created it, was in fact stronger than Pernida.

@dahayama Not really because we saw Perninda killing Nemu infront of our and Mayuri's eyes.

This part always gave me conflicting feelings, in one way I feel like it sucks to have Nemu go out this way so abruptly and brushed off so quickly, but Mayuri does act somewhat human at least for a moment about it until he goes back to his usual self again, which show even he can have fatherly feelings about his creations if he spends enough time with them.
So a good episode that leaves somewhat of a bitter taste in the mouth, but I guess that's just Mayuri as a character which is what makes him one of the most interesting in the series.
