He went to the emperor and brought The Elixir water of immortality that the emperor got from a person named 'Kaguya'.. According to the history this Kaguya lives in the moon..Elixir water (Elixir of life or Elixir of immortality) gives a human the power of immortality.. He forced Tsukasa to drink it..And Tsukasa aquired immortality.. She didn’t want that power though.. Knowing the truth the villagers came to kill her.. They pierced her here and there and captured her in order to burn her to ashes..But she thought that's not her fault.. She didn’t want that power.. She killed some of them and then escaped.. From that day so many came to kill her and she killed them all.. Oneday she met a man who didn’t come to kill her..He wanted her to join him and asked her to help him with her power.. In return he or his next generations will try to get her to moon in order to meet Kaguya.. He knew that humanity will definitely win the moon oneday..So he asked her to wait till that time..Oneday humans really won the moon..She had a new ray of hope.. But nothing's changed at all.. At that time she met an alone girl in the destruction of the 2nd world war.. She named that girl Tokiko.. Tokiko tried her absolute best to get her to the moon.. But all she managed to do is bringing a stone from the moon.. She failed too.. Tsukasa wanted to become a normal girl so badly.. So all the failures made her so tired.. She ran from Tokiko at night.. That night she met a normal boy who bears a great high intelectual level of knowledge named Nasa Yuzaki and saved him from an accident.. Nasa fell in love with her instantly.. He confessed his love to her and wanted to marry her.. She expressed everything to Nasa so that Nasa will forget her..Knowing all the truth Nasas love towards her didn’t change.. He promised her that he will get Tsukasa to the moon.. Acknowledging the great intelligence of Nasa she again had a new ray of hope and also she fell in love with him for the first time in 1400 years.. She kissed him and told him to wait for 2 years until Nasa turns 18.. After turning to 18 Nasa got married to her.. A lot happened and their life was fun.. But oneday they were talking about their first kiss.. But Nasa couldn’t remember anything about that night.. Losing a lot of blood in that accident Nasa had a little amnesia of that particular night and forgot his promise.. Knowing that Tsukasa got shocked and left him.. She wanted devorce because she was afraid that if Nasa came to know the truth about her,,he will left her too.. But Nasa tried so much to remember everything about that night,,but in vain.. But knowing all the truths again Nasas love towards her didn’t change at all.. He again promised to her that she will take her to the moon in order to meet Kaguya.. Then they started their happy life together again and just as promised Nasa then started to investigate the matter of Tsukasa and progressed a lot.. Now he has a scientific theory of that power of immortality..
After a lot of investigation Nasa saw that Tsukasas power is like a power that directly made by the Omnipotent God cause the functioning of that power is absolutely 100% perfect.. But he found a fault or bug in that functioning.. Tsukasa always wears a head band.. When her body got damaged her body regenerates automatically with 100% perfection.. But if that band of her got damages then it regenerates as well with 100% perfection.. That's a bug.. Why nothing but a piece of clothing like head band also regenerates which is not a part of Tsukasas body.. This phenomenon can be marked as a bug in that function..
Tsukasa mentioned some kind of spacecrafts or Envoys she and her villagers noticed 1400 yrs ago that came to her village but she thought those as Godlike beings..

But they wanted a connection to Earth cause It takes a lot of efforts to travel through space and that connection will provide them informations of Earth and the evolution and Civilizations and everything.. They also wanted a backup.. So,,Kaguya made Elixir and offered it to an old man,, an old woman and en emperor.. Apparently age and gender didn’t matter.. Picking three people makes sense it they were intended as backups in order to maintaining the connection or link.. If an error arose it would disrupt the connection.. So a backup would activate to maintain the link.. The backup could then be used to fix the error that occurred in the primary connection.. This method would flawlessly maintain the system.. Now the question is where is the backup now.. The answer is simple It's Tsukasa.. She is the backup of the system..
Nasa thinks that the Envoys suffered some severe damage 1400 years ago,,The system was disrupted and they lost Kaguya (Their primary connection).. But the damage wasn’t complete cause at that time a backup was operational.. Tsukasa activated as backup and kept the system running.. That means the system is still functioning.. Most of the system is most probably broken.. But the remaining of the system is still running as Programmed and the program is telling the system to use the backup to restore the lost program of Kaguya and that's why Tsukasa is still regenerating to maintain the link as a backup.. All that have to do here is sharing Tsukasas blood as Kaguys shared it once.. The recipient wouldn’t be immortal but the blood would cause A change.. That change might be subtle.. But over the centuries it would abide by like

Couldn’t help it I see. I did the same but something seemed off about her, from the very first episode of season 1 to the whole thing with her grandma and I think one of the intros had some stuff to read into if I remember correctly.
