| Premiere screening of the first two episodes in the "ReAwakening" screening https://sololeveling-anime.net/news/?id=66187 It's back after just a year after the first season and how much of a success it was, now even being Aniplex's new cash cow with Kimetsu, this time, and for these episodes, the Red Gate arc. Jumping right back into it, starting off with a more lighter and comedic tone, with Poor Jinah and her being forgotten by her big bro... AGAIN xD But hey, at least Jinwoo did show up to her school.. and started making EVERY girl there fawn over him in a matter of seconds... this is what his life will be like for now on, don't worry, plenty more moments like this WILL happen. But yeah, getting into the meat of it all, with the whole Red Gate and all, and with Jinah's friend or whatever... but yeah, this Red Gate isn't good news, I mean, when has anything with dark red ever been good, and they get transported into the middle of a snow place with Elves and such there. And this is where we get to see that first glimpse of that good animation again. Wouldn't say much has changed since season one, looks rather the same, not a bad thing or anything, I mean, season one looked phenomenal, so this ofc, looks phenomenal as well. And hey, at least unlike in season one where everyone always thought Jinwoo was a weak, this lady at least has a brain enough to tell that he's, well, above the average to say the least. But the thing I came here for, and have been waiting for since that finale last year, that "ARISE" he finally gets to use and take down his enemies all the more easier. Though, ofc, these bears aren't all that much of a threat to the dude, and all the soldiers scrap until the dude himself appears... IGRIS... to defeat the leader bear and put him in his place... ending the episode there. What a comeback to this world, and while this part of the story is just setup to the MAIN event to come in the future, this will still be one hell of a ride that I'm eager to see more of. |

| Chugong's Solo Leveling is back after a year, and it's more fire than ever. As always, LiSA's OP is fire enough, but featuring Stray Kids's Felix, just adds another dimension to an already great song. Add TK from Ling Tosite Sigure's ED, and you have a banger OST. Jinwoo coming back being more of a hunk that his sister Jinah would been jealous of, more than meeting Songil from partnering up with her in the previous strike team. More than most, it's Hunter Hwang Dongsoo arriving at the Hunter's Association. The usual White Tiger Guild raid goes like the norm, but Jinwoo realizing the danger of a red gate sucking the entire team, it's worse than the typical dungeon raid, because it's a do-or-die affair facing even stronger enemies. Only A-Rank Kim Chul knows their proposition better to have the better ones with him, while Jinwoo heads another group plus a few ohers to tag along, splitting the group is better than facing the onslaught together. From ice elves (or slayers) to bears, this is entirely their territory to counter and master, while on the outside, Hwang Dongsoo can't even do anything with the red gate itself, wanting to see Jinwoo for himself. Jinwoo's awakening with Hunter Igris and his shadow soldiers dealing with the ice bear onslaught, coupled with Hiroyuki Sawano's OST, is just the perfect combination for a fight like this, more hyped fights will be coming his way. Season 2's off to an incredible start, bring on more! |

| Solo Leveling back and back with what it does best, cool action. Polar bear monster vs Igris hype. No matter how many summons Jinwoo gets Igris will remain the coolest. The brother of that previous guy is here and he came to get his ass beaten just like his brother. Jinwoo sure became popular with his sister's friends. This season will have some hype stuff so looking forward to those. Btw OP/ED were both nice. LiSA should have sung the entire OP alone though. |

| No time was wasted jumping right back into the action, and the visuals are still as good as ever. Jinwoo and the group of Hunters are facing trouble being trapped in the Red Gate, but that seems to not be much of an issue for our crazy OP protag. Good episode to kick off the season. |

| More! Would have been good if they released both episodes 1 and 2 since the movie release got them. Kind of sucks we have to wait another week to watch the second episode. Or at least would have been good if they released the movie digitally. |

| The new OP is decent but I like the first OP more. Who knows it might grow on me. I like the new ED. TK always delivers. I also like how it's kind of a continuation of the first ED in terms of animation. But I think I still like the first ED more. Jinwoo's glow-up is still crazy. His sister's classmates must be jealous of her lol. Glad the show's right back into the action. The animation quality is still great. Jinwoo is still being a badass as usual. Most of his soldiers got decimated by that bear boss. Will they respawn or does he have to collect new minions? Guess I'll find out in the next episode. I kind of missed this show. |

| Wow, this first episode of season two surprised me a lot. I was questioning watching this season as at the end of season one I started to lose interest a little. Jinwoos glow up was crazy and I liked the change of scenery this episode. I love how he is so OP yet so nonchalant, just doing his thing while trying to protect the others discretely. I am awaiting episode two when he will hopefully slay the ice elves! |

| Solo Leveling Second season is here and boy it didn't disappoint.The OP was awesome and I liked it even more than previous one. The episode covered the Red Gate Arc and they have wonderfully adapted it.I loved the way Sung Jin-woo calmly handled the situation inside the gate.The other characters also played their parts well. The ED once again focuses on Sung Jin-woo being an Emperor.Pretty cool ED too.The music is great too along with the animation quality.Full 5/5 episode. |

| CHILLS AND GOOSEBUMPS MAN from the opening to the ice bear fight with Igris showing off his sword skills, I was just getting chills at the animation and how crisp and how good it was man, A-1 Studios is one of the best studios ever bc they have never let me down in the animation department ONCEπ₯π₯π₯π©π©π©π₯π₯π₯π₯π₯ I can’t WAIT for Jin Woo vs Dongsoo that fight is gonna be so good man even though that’s far in the series like chapter 140 were on like chapter 45 now I think or near there Jinah is such an annoying gremlin I love her haha The opening is sung by the goat LiSA and I love it, both openings are actually good, the first one might be a lil more catchier but this is still good to me I’ll like it more the more I listen to it for sureπ₯π₯π₯ When Jin Woo said “come out” that part was SO COLDDDD MAN like I can’t wait for the next episodeπ€©π€©π€©π₯π₯π₯  |

| OH MY GOD SAWANO LISA AND STRAY KIDS ON A TRACK??!!? Went into this totally blind so I hadn’t heard the OP. Blew me away. Animation looks even better too. These first two eps were premiered in movie format so idk if the quality is just a bit better for them or if it’ll consistently be this good, but this was amazing. Big highlight of the ep is easily igris taking out the bear leader, what a fucking scene man. A-1 Sawano is just a match made in heaven, pure chills. Also funny as hell that even Jinwoo admits Igris would probably beat his ass, but still serves him lol. RIP to the cocky mfs who went off to fight the elves on their own. Holy shit it don’t even look like they took a single one out, so Jinwoo is going to have to HARD carry this dungeon and they look OP af. Good thing he has Igris and his army. Speaking of hard carrying, I love how Jinwoo tells them not to ask any questions or to ask him for anything, and then the very next scene ol girl asks “what are you” π can’t wait to see the sister’s friend inevitably join the harem lmao. I already know this next episode is gonna be otherworldly man I’m so hype |
