| Premiere screening of the first two episodes in the "ReAwakening" screening https://sololeveling-anime.net/news/?id=66187 I mean, yeah, ofc now that he has this necromancer power and all, he'll want to take any soldiers he can get, with him getting the bears as soldiers now this time. But yeah, while all this is going on inside, I forgot to talk about all the shit happening right outside the gate itself, with the White Tiger guild master and Dongsuk's brother who's finally showed up. And... yeah, he's worse than his brother... and that's one crazy feat in it of itself. Whatever though, because back in the Red Gate, shit is going down as well, with the leader of the Elves himself finally making his appearance. And from what it seems, the system thing has control the Elves too. That might explain why they dodged the question. Or maybe Jinwoo never asked it at all. But then, how do they even know about the system? Many questions when it comes to that, but whatever because god damn did the animation pop off there from beginning to end of the fight with Jinwoo and his soldiers against the Elves. Which ofc, leads to one of, if not THE best moment of the episode, with Jinwoo killing Kim after being the annoying prick he has been for this arc, and FUCKING ARISING HIM LMAOOOO. From there, it's just a piece of cake and Jinwoo defeats the "dungeon boss", and all's well that end's well. And yeah, Jinwoo just using his sheer aura to intimidate the White Tiger guild master, and impressing him and all, bringing the episode and arc to an end. Great start to the season with this arc, and I really can't wait to see more in the coming weeks! |

I saw the movie in a theatre... Can confirm Hiroyuki Sawano was cooking. 🔥🔥🔥That new song with the male vocals might be the best song I've ever heard in my life. There was an instrumental version of it too and it just slapped so damn hard. The entire movie theatre was rumbling. I'm so ready for Season 2😅

| The first two episodes were great, it made me want to rewatch the first season and I have noticed a few interesting details, like this foreshadowing in the fifth episode (15:00). I cannot really feel bad for this weak man who blamed others for his shortcomings, but I hope that Jinwoo's mental struggle will be given appropriate treatment this season. He has already killed eight people after all, and he is ultimately a very kind person despite what the "system" has forced him to do, so it is likely that he will have to overcome a form of mental breakdown at some point. |

| Eh, I'm not sure what to think of the Ice Elf Boss. Design doesn't look bad I guess? Sung displays more leadership skills and has been playing his role as he should. The cheregraphy and animation quality is great. This series had consistent animation quality so they should try ot keep this up for the time being. I'm starting to get used to theme songs now. |

| The animation was insane as always. Wait, so those monsters can talk after all? But only Jinwoo can understand them. I wonder why the heck they attack humans. Could be the same reason humans invade their worlds and attack them. Resources. But there's probably some sort of higher power that's controlling this and see it as some sort of twisted game. So, that idiot got killed by Jinwoo. That was cold. But he kinda deserved it. He'll be more useful as Jinwoo's pet. "Han is underage." I doubt Jinwoo would even care if he actually was into her lol. | Idk if it’s just because of A-1 or what, but people tried telling me the first couple of dungeons are the best part of solo leveling.. but shit like today clears that. Might not have had the tension of those spinning heads in the first dungeon, but it’s just more fun 🤷🏾♂️ Baruka and Jin-woo was literally going aura for aura this shit was incredible. These first two eps were theatrically released so I know they’re a little more polished probably. Still, given what A-1 did in the first cour and in all their recent works, I got nothing but trust for them going forward. Sucks Jin-woo can’t absorb Baruka into his army and get a tangible reward for the dungeon, BUT he did get to learn some valuable info about his own limits and abilities, worked with Ingrid and his other shadowborn and improved as a fighter so it’s a W. And bro gained a new member of the harem 😭 “you know Han-san is underage right?” “So?” Is a crazy sequence Great ep, I wanna see him run into that S rank who keeps chasing him tho. |

| It was a nice episode and A-1 is a resourceful studio but they should give more creative freedom to animators and episode directors. Everything feels the same despite having 2 episode directors for this season. |
