This battle/arc turned into another twist in the spirit world.

Still, they've really given Senya the greenlight to carry all that responsibility. Not that I doubted him given what's been through all this time. This entire arc so far has just been crazy.

There are just too many interesting things within this episode. The battle outside is still intense, and the battle in the spirit world is very creative. I just wish the editor has enough skill to cut back-and-forth between both worlds instead of separated into two parts. I want to be sensory overloaded by seeing Mudo vs. Cloud and Senya vs. Munomin simultaneously.

Dude nooo. I can’t believe douren and senya dad are just gone like that? It felt like it happened way too fast. I mean Senya literally just got back together with his pops after a decade apart, and they didn’t even really get to have a proper sit down or meal together because they were beefing from the very start. Now he’s gone. 😭

I mean I guess narratively it makes sense because douren and senya dad did kinda resolve their age old rivalry and we got that flashback to them when they were younger, but man I hate that Senya has had so much loss! Respect to the author for not being afraid to kill off characters though.

Senya new abilities look dope though. Kinda got some Dai no daibouken vibes in terms of how that whole sacrifice/power up went. But that Takeru reveal! Been so long since we focused on human Jinka I forgot he had a brother. Who would’ve thought he’d be in cahoots with the void people? No such thing as wasted characters in this story. Wonder what agreement they’ll come to. Maybe senya saves them and they help in the fight against Jinka??

Senya's dad and friend just up and died and I felt that was just rushed over.

And now Jinka's brother who he never met just appears and becomes the boss out of nowhere?
