Has anyone noticed that the characters are named after traditional Japanese colors?

Suou(蘇芳), Tokiwa(常磐), Asagi(浅葱)...
Try in-page searches for their names on this site. It works either romaji (alphabets) or kanji. Click on the name, and its color will appear in the background.

Do you feel that the colors that come up represent the image of the characters well?
