Why does Inmata not have a bottom sheet

So in the first ep at the scene when he was punching the air in his bed. I noticed he didn’t have a bottom sheet just mattress. How is bro sleeping in those conditions. Isn’t it uncomfortable, not to mention when the wify chick comes over to his house she ain’t gonna be impressed when he doesn’t even have a bottom sheet. Is this like important character development?

I noticed that, there was a mattress topper with wide bands holding it in place, so at least he doesn’t sweat, pee or jizz on the actual mattress. Odd tho.

Not by choice, but I have often slept on the mattress while my sheets are being washed, it’s neither here nor there for me.

I still get hot either way unfortunately.

I noticed that too! I hate the way mattresses feel, so I could never sleep on one without a sheet, but to each their own, I guess. ^^'
