| Finally, I'm done with that thing. That wasn't horrible, but that wasn't good either. Well, a little quick "review" just to sum up my impressions (don't have the courage to make big phrases) : Pros : -Of course Kurumi. The only real complaint I would have regarding her would obviously be her lack of anything ressembling a closure but that's why I'll watch the following seasons. For the rest, well she really is a surprisingly good character. Her design is great, her voice is too, her power is very cool to see (though quite confusing), she is very charismatic and entertaining and has a really interesting personality with some good depth that I can't wait to see explored. Of course, if nothing truly receives any explanation by the end my opinion on her character will change (that'd be a shame) but for now really, it's all good. -The opening is good, I like it. -Some of the osts are also good. -Some jokes made me laugh. -I like Yoshino's design as a spirit. Cons : -The rest of the cast. I despise them. Especially Origami who I want to bury into the ground, and Tohka who I'm gonna put next to her. Well, to be fair, the others aren't THAT bad. (Especially Yoshino, I don't dislike her.) But aren't they stereotypical... I can't even say the execution made up for it. Oh, and they're also inconsistent. And seriously, Shido's a pedo ? He is a pedo right ? WHY IS NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGING IT ?! Also, I forgot : why does Mana even exist ? What's the point of her character ? -The animation is quite bland. It's not the worst I've ever seen but it's bland nonetheless. -The show tries too hard to be deep. The only character it actually works for is, as usual, Kurumi. But the others just don't at all have a personality that fits this kind of tone. It just makes it look ridiculous and cliché. -The story is boring. Aside from Kurumi, the one thing that actually made me curious about this show was the premise because it sounded like a parody of harem which I thought had the potential to be quite fun. Turns out the show actually takes this premise seriously. So I give it 4/10. It had the potential to receive at least 5 and maybe even 6 if it made a bit more efforts, but it didn't. |

| Kotori arc was my least favorite, but still decent. Awkwardly paced, especially towards the end. Aside from that it was really a fine watch all in all. I hope the other seasons will provide similar enjoyment or more. |
One Piece episode 914 & 915 & 1027 were a mistake and 957 brought the salvation - FMmatron |

| Not sure why I even watched this... All the girls seem so lifeless although I do like Yoshino. She's the only one who feels like she has at least a little bit of a personality. |

| Story is weak. The drive for everybody is lacking as well. Seems to have a hard time of choosing a tone as well. Still entertaining though. Should probably just embrace the slice of life comedy fanservice for what they really are. |
| It was an ok anime, it had its good moments, like episode 6 which I found very funny and the fight against Kurumi which was very cool. :'3 |

| Ok then, this finale's pretty decent I would say. We got Origami dukin it out against Kotori because of their past and the incoming bro and sis kiss scene was quite the sight to see. Anyhoo, this show is screaming "generic" when it comes to the plot and the spirits being just pretty gals + harem aspect of it but hey I still decently enjoyed it from beginning to end with noticeable flaws here and there, but I think most people would see it as nitpicking if I were to say about em. But yeah, still going to be lookin forward to the ova, season 2 and beyond! 7/10 |
