| I believe Hana can overcome his personal demons even if he initially believes it's not possible. Seems this season/episode also dealt with themes related to life and death. A bit of a slower paced episode but interesting character study on Hana. |

| So Yoh and Anna were so naive that preaching pacifism around the world got them and their child Hana killed. Now they make a deal with the devilHana's uncle Hao to ensure Hana at least lives. As predicted the one-eyed shrine controlling Luca was sent by the CEO guy with the one-eyed pyramid. Sewing discord between the Asakura branches is how he'd ensure Hao loses against his god Yvs, I guess? |

| WAIT.. "other gods" ? ? ? So Hao isn't really the only "God" in that world... there are other Gods equal and even stronger than Hao... Especially since the "Perfected Oni" will be stronger than Hao... . Also... Yoh and Anna actually also died... but did they get revived? Did Anna1 teach Anna2 the stuff before they died? hmm... Also... still weird how they actually died to regular human weapons... when we saw back in the original Shaman King both Yoh and Anna have the capabilities to take down Tanks and even Battleships with their powers... |

| Well, obviously with Hao, Yoh and Anna, Hana as already met the man himself, and Alumi being there, could not save him from Amidamaru being taken away by the Flowers of Maize. Both Yohane and Ruca have been had, and even worse, Hana needs all the help he could get, even from Alumi herself. And this is only just the beginning... The feast back at Funbari Onsen reminds both Ryu and Tokageroh so much about their past with Yoh and Anna, and the Hana-gumi being interested in Yohane, it's not improving his mood. Alumi has both Redseb and Seyarm, though it's clear that they're being watched, and without Mikihisa's guidance, she can't exactly keep her toes out of danger just yet. But even then, Hana still feels like he's lacking in a lot of ways, with or without Amidamaru. Again, with another Oni, the Flowers of Maize has sent another assassin Hana's way, so how's he going to get stronger? |
