| so... while Mavis and Zeref's spirit passed on, their body took on a new identity with new souls and continued living... huh... . also, looks like there's going to be a lot of couples and "babies" now eh.... poor Wendy, she's still too young and innocent, but she has to heard all of it because of her enhanced hearing, LOL. BTW, I wonder if Dragon Slaying magic can be passed onto their children... hmm... . Now to wait for the new series that's coming out this year, LOL. |

| And so it ends... truly a ending of all time. This not only ending but also arc is terrible on all fronts. I mean so many things were first off, fucking stupid basically. I could deal with these stupid asspull, bait and switches whatever you want to call them before, but this is the culmination of everything up til now. At the very elast make it make sense. To point out some of the stupid asspulls in this arc alone, the whole thing with Juvia giving Grey blood via a water blood pump magic thing or whatever, MAKES NO FUCKING SENSE. Sure if his blood was made of, let's say water or something like her I would assume, then yes this would make sense. But his blood is either made of ice or, I dunna know, BLOOD. Author's a hack, this dude didn't bother with trying to show Grey "answering" Juvia's confession, and thinks Lucy recapping what's happened is enough... Stupid as hell, but that's not it. The whole fight with Erza and her mom I think is hated by the entire community, so no point in pointing that out. Basically every fight that happened in the "climax" part of the arc made either no sense, or was just ass and pretty sure the community has clowned them so I won't go over them. I could MAYBE look past that, if the one thing that this show has pissed me off for the most, characters dying, were to actually have happened. I want to say this, this is A WAR ARC. In every war arc in this genre of shounen at least one or two major figure in their show up to now died. This arc however, does not have that. Makarov? Nope. Even though he was out of commision for over 15 episode, nope, didn't die. Gajeel? Nope, magical asspull. Hell not even Mavis or Zeref died techinally, since they were reincarnated. So many chances and opportunities to have us feel something. But no. Leading us to the whole thing with Acnologia. I don't need to explain why it's stupid that a single punch. A single punch, was enough to defeat this dragon we've been fearing for so long. All in all, this final arc leaves a bad taste in my mouth, and considering that this arc takes up basically the entire season, I can't give it higher than a 5.... is what I would say, but in the end, I enjoyed my time watching this show, putting aside this shitty ass arc. There's flaws in this show, yes. Power of friendship, fights, this ending is flawed, but this show captures a sense of joy and welcome that I just love for some reason. So I'm going with a low 6 on this one. Worst season by far, but the show itself is good, despite it's flaws. I mean, I'd be lying if I said I didn't start crying a bit when I heard that first OP playing again or when Natsu was hugging Lucy in that final scene. And so with us ending off just like how we started, going on a quest. The 100-Year Quest. |

| great last ep the music makes everything so much better. it’s definitely the selling point of this show i reckon haha overall 6/10 for me, my least favourite season and i dropped it twice. but definitely some good stuff here and there keen to try 100YQ next! |

| YOU BASTARDS AND ETERNAL CLIFFHANGER WITH THE ETERNAL MYSTERY AND ETERNAL ADVENTURE OF DO FAIRIES HAVE TAILS, AND DO THEY EVEN EXIST?! Ah, that's sweet, I'm guessing August will reincarnate too as we know those two are about to bonk. I assume Lucy has found Aquarius as it's been a year. The next season is the adventure they have been wanting to do with this being the final series because Zeref, Acnologia, Mavis, et cetera, they are all finished. Final series to what we've had so far, a conclusion to most questions EXCEPT THE MOST IMPORTANT ONES I SAID ABOVE. Crazy it's taking Gray a whole year to finally start confessing wants to marry Juvia, also took a year for Levy to get pregnant, also took a year for Natsu to about to ask to confess is desire to marry Lucy.... and then in classic fashion like "nah, that's unnecessary, as long as we are together forever I don't need to say that LOL" 5/5, series gets 7/10 from me, Fairy Tail has lots of issues from me, but it's still nice. |

| last episode was a mess, but glad this one had some closure fairytail zero is still the best arc in the series, tower of heaven is a good second place |
