Should the bosses get admin status
| I've noticed the club is active but only by handful of members. I have bosses who haven't posted since getting the position. A lack members claiming a character role, etc. As I said before, we have more than enough members to have well violence, crooked deals, & numerous other criminal activity by now. So here's a proposal & your input will decide what I've been debating with myself about. Should the bosses & temp bosses for syndicates without bosses be allowed admin status? This means they can recruit people plus able to send mass messages on meetings or jobs in order to have their people together at certain times. My downside is that some I don't know but I do know more of them. If you vote yes then state how it will help out the club. If you vote no then state why you feel that way. If you choose maybe then please ask any questions, state any concerns, etc. I do, however, expect you to post a yes or no vote by the end of this week. If you have an extremely good reason why you couldn't vote this week then know that you have 1 extra week before I remove you from the club. Those members already active will not be removed but your participation in this is required. Crime Bosses |

| You should just have people whom are active the most be admins so they can be of help to you when sending mass messages or updating the club. Otherwise you'll have a handful of admins who never show up. |

| One thing I learned about admins when I made my club is communication is key. You need to message the people you're thinking of making admin and tell them what you expect them to do if you give them the spot, and then they can decide if they can do it or not. Otherwise you'll end up with admins who dont do anything, or dont show up at all. |

| I think it would help to have the bosses be admins, then they can message the members with the things they need to do. If you are worried that they still won't be acitve, give them a trial period, like two weeks or something, then remove their status. And then I would think about replacing them as bosses, too. If the people who are bosses can't be active, then they shouldn't be bosses. (that's just my opinion, of course) Also, if they are not going to be active for a good reason, they should let you know, or act like a real boss and put someone as their second in charge while they are gone. |

| i personally like the idea so i cant let people know about missions and jobs so they can have their characters help or try to stop us |

| if you think it would help then go for it. it can always be changed if it doesn't turn out the way you hope can't it? i've been rather absent from all things MAL lately so i dunno if i'm the best person to give input. >_< |
