| Ok, that's it, I dislike Akane, she is really cringe and annoying interrupted what was a great song, their very 1st time performing as real idols. The 2 new girls seem really nice, I thought they were going to be the typical "uuuh wtf is this lame and cringe shit" so I'm really glad it was all the contrary. | This like idol festival is kinda cute! It's small, open to the family and seems like a great way for the idols to connect with the locals while putting their names out there! It's actually a pretty good idea. Also, what a cute, calming version of Thank You!! |
| I can't believe Akane got the first nanto of the anime. Anyways, it's interesting to see Kaori and Tsumugi introduced halfway into the show. It sort of reflects how they were only introduced in Theater Days, where as the original Million Live mobile game didn't have them yet. So far I'm enjoying these subtle nods to the franchise's history, as well as other little things like the idols' signatures on the tent being their actual signatures or their sleeping bags being color coded based on their character types in-game. I also liked how that caterpillar joke ended up being the basis for the butterfly logo design. Regarding the show's length, I'm guessing the show will continue focusing primarily on the main trio with the other idols existing in the background. If so, then I assume these 12 episodes will be a general introduction to the franchise with the main trio as the guides. I'm not confident in any additional seasons being created, and I'd think that it would be overwhelming to try and give individual focus to each and every character. I'll support whatever decision the anime makes though, as I'm just along for the ride. |
