Not easy to take down a golem but I have to admire these characters' fighting spirit. I kinda like the overall balance of this episode from the anxiety of the fight to everyone restlng and relaxing afterward.

Bet Anna is thinking a lot on her mind right now.

Dr. Muntzer sobbing about neglecting his kids, but the kids loved him and had good memories. That said, he was/is a good father.

At this point Anna with her influence and now acquiring Golem she is the strongest of the team.

Now with all this investment on the twins story, I just want to see Seyram fully recovered.

That teaser fight and Hao and crew just said fuck it and left. Good character development from Jaco and he made Seyram smile. Not a bad episode.

Congrats, Manta. Your only purpose as character was to make a forced reference to a humanoid cat after 37 episodes.

Not a bad episode at all. I want to see now how will go after 15 episodes remaining..

Anyone know the track behind Jaco fight vs Golem , it was too low to listen but seems to be very good.

I love Ren here, ahaha

Father Muntzer had good intentions, but what transpired out of all of this between the kids of Redseb and Seyram got overblown because of Hao's presence and how the Golem was configured. Even his history with Yoh's father Mikhail proved that there was no safe land, and this would one day come to haunt them, which is now.

Chocolove coming back from the dead to save Yoh and the rest is so comical LOLS, I'd remember the Power of Friendship trope was so high back then. And Anna pretty much proved her position in Yoh's life, now that they've come this far. As for Hao, he clearly knows the final objective, so leaving the Golem to help strengthen him is quite the standard too. Such a wise villain.

Fair to say that Chocolove went all JJK Satoru Gojo-like with his new Over Soul: Stone Head Olmec, with the teachings of his spiritual master Orona, to fight Muntzer with his newfound power of a double Over Soul: Jaguarman. MAN, MY NAME IS CHOCOLOVE FIREEEEE!!!

Anna's pretty smart to utilize the Golem against Hao, even she can intimidate Muntzer without any issue. Anna's one scary spouse, and thus the Epilogue chapter comes to a close. This episode rushed 10 chapters through to the end of the long Epilogue arc, and props to the anime for not making me feel that way.

Still though, Chocolove has matured a lot, and his character development really made it through. Good joke there, and Seyram benefitted with a smile.

HAHAHA yeah, pretty much implied that his stature and name looks and sounds identical to Matamune. Manta, you'll be called Mantamune from now on.

Terrible episode, worst by far. Manta's "backstory" is terrible, the kids are cringy and unnecessary, Chocolove is boring with a lame oversoul, literally the only good thing about this episode was Anna.
Stop the sequels high-ranking stupidity.
Group franchises in Top Anime page.
Because Gintama is just "one" anime and not 5.

I don't know if it's just me, but Shaman King's style of showing backstory is both it's pro and con. On the one hand we get to know everything about almost each character on Yoh's side, but the way they showed is kind of off putting in anime style, it must have worked in Manga idk. Although for me it's little bit on the pro side.

Plus holy fuck, from Ep 25-37 (set aside 4 episodes of one of the best arcs of all time, Osorezan Le Voile 😌) it's just been ONE DAY and 3 Fucking Resurrections, and almost all the characters got Furyoku boost.

Leave it Anna to take things under control. That last scene was quite touching.

Some parts of the episode is well done, and the part where Chocolove comes back and the music kicks in is done well.

Just wish they gave this arc one extra episode. As someone who recently read the manga you can tell they really had to trim some dialogue and scenes to fit it in 2 episodes.

What the hell is up with all these random off-screen resurrections? I can't take any death seriously if there's a chance it doesn't matter in the end since they can be revived with not that much justification.

Also, Chocolove is not only the most cringe enducing character but also the most annoying and for the amount of screentime he's had so far I hope his contribution to the plot matters in some way by the end.

I did not like this episode at all. Ever since the backstory arc, lots of scenes have been happening off screen and the pacing went back to feeling rushed or not properly panned out. What a disappointment.

No matter what you do there's always Anna to fix things faster, lol. Chocolove is blind now, but he's alive.

I don't know what t think about Mata bog Matamun's reincarnation but I can't say I saw it coming. also, shouldn't an incarnation exist AFTER the death of the previous incarnate? I don't think it makes sense for two incarnations to exist t the same time, it kinda defeats the purpose, I'm sure the timelines where Matamune and Manta exist overlap themselves.

What an amazing episode. long time since this remake produced this good. the animation. the character development. even that ending made me smile wholehearted.

I hope we didn't missed though any of chocolove's training arc. it seems that that "last test" wasn't shown.

one last thing - we finally found the reason for manta's existence. lol

Munzer was so attached to his creation the Golem that his ghostly self couldn't move onto the afterlife, he didn't even realise he died and denied it to his own killer.

Animation in the last scene was great and the writing improved a lot. But their a lot of underwhelming conclusion to many fights. Majority of the fights are poorly written.
