- Shalala update time!
- Ah, Battamonda finally learned that actions have consequences
- I kinda miss Kabaton, he was just an “only mildly threatening fun” kinda villain, but Battamonda is outright CRUEL.
- Wow, that’s a dark dilemma for Pretty Cure-
- The legitimate agony in Sora’s voice was chilling! Watch out Heartcatch, Soaring Sky is coming for your crown as “darkest precure season”.
- New ending
- Just noticed all of the previous seasonal logos scattered around in the ending, try to find them! :D

Gloomy episode. Poor Sora. :(

Better ending than the first one imo.

In a way Shalala being a Ranborg core is good, sure is bad, but better than being a underling that the Precure would need to stop weekly. That could still happen.

Ageha gave great ideas, which what they need now, ideas.

This was one of the darkest episodes in precure again.
I would say that this is the best precure since hugtto precure.

Honestly a pretty dark episode wow I wasn’t expecting that after last week’s episode. Seeing sora, who’s my fave, breakdown like that and just lose her will to fight completely was hard. I can’t imagine how it must feel to see your hero in such an awful situation. I’m so hype for next week tho, the preview looks amazing

Now, this is is Precure. A show that doesn't have the fear to touch more mature topics, have cruel villains, their protagonists questioning their dreams while almost losing hope (but we know Precure never give up whatsoever). This is what I want from an anniversary season. Heck, even Mashiro had more development here than her past “focus” episodes lol. Great job on this episode, it's not easy to figure out already how they are going to save Shalala.
The new ED is pretty good, I like it more than Hirogarhythm (there are also some weird empty spots and purple lights among the other colors that represent the cures, uh…).
Ellee is just me.

Oh wow, a surprisingly dark episode, no wonder the episode started to happy, specially with Ellee being extra cute and the quality of the episode was solid all the way through, I assumed Shalala was going to end up being evil but she was in critical condition and about to die at any moment.

Despair episodes are always the best especially if its fluffy mahou shoujo/cure shows like this!

Ofc it was one of the girls who lost their powers not surprised over that one. 1 down 2 to go then this anime will be only about the magical boy

This is the worst anime I have ever watched 1/10

One of the best episode of all the Precure franchise. I don't think it has gone in a so dark tone yet.

This isn't the first time I've seen a Precure in dire straits, where they had to question their motives, actions, or future. However, Battamonda made this fight really personal with Sora, and the dilemma he presented with Shalala makes for a situation where the Precures can't punch their way to an easy solution. This is actually pretty rough.

Battamonda finally step up as villain, it's was an amazing display for Sora's actress (Sekine Akira) who sold the heartbreaking moment she was going through.
