Takahashi began drawing a manga adaptation on the Suiyoubi no Sirius web magazine in April 2019. Kodansha published the eighth volume on February 9. The series has a cumulative 1.38 million copies of its volumes in print combined, including digital editions. Kodansha USA licensed the manga in English for digital release in September 2020 and the light novel in March 2022. The sixth manga volume went on sale in April 2022.
