JJK, Demon Slayer and then TYBW for animation. JJK is the most consistent. If we’re talking about best looking overall i.e not just animation but colour schemes etc etc Violet Evergarden takes the cake no diff. There isn’t a single series i’ve seen that looks more beautiful than Violet Evergarden

Art wise probably.
Animation wise Fate and ufotable studio takes the cake.
I'm a huge Bleach fan and TYBW was stellar no question but still nothing comes close to the shows animated by ufotable studio.

it's a way you can again look back to your waste life and give it some color

TYBW is MY LOVE though OG bleach was a disaster

In terms of what?
In terms of action/CGI - yeah, it's definitely one of the best projects so far, on par with Demonslayer & JJK.
But in terms of scene detailing, atmosphere, art-design - meh, Heavenly Delusion or Summertime Render will be much better.

Animation-wise KnY is better. Even ufotable said that KnY is the best currently. So, even you think I don't have eyes. Who has actually more knowledge the studio that made both of these shows or you who has zero proof?

I hate to bring main stream shows to this topic and would like to come up with some hidden gem but not rn
"Kny s3"
The first episode, the whole infinity castle and upper moon meeting got me mind lown, i had to replay Every 5 seconds like 3 times to fully process what was on screen, the amount of detail on Every pixel of the background, it was like it wasnt even Just background anymore.
Another frames that also got carved Into my mind were the curtains while tanjiro was in coma. I SWEAR those are the most Beautifully animated curtains ive ever seen 💀💀💀

Also as the time passes its even more noticeable, animation and art is reaching a whole New level.
Also Honorable mention for Best looking id like to Add "oshi no ko" and "summertime render".

I hate skipping episodes and when 30 eps filler arc came between ULQUIORRA vs ICHIGO it hit my nerves

Yes, Bleach TYBW where they actually acknowledged that there was decline in the production. Great example of something that has nothing to do with having the best animation.
Bleach wasn't even the top 1 in that season. Then at least you could have said Bocchi the Rock as the top 1 of that season.
This clearly shows how wrong you are in this question.

As for KnY, even the worst frame is as good as, for example, Bleach best frames. There is a reason why ufotable created the best animation.
Even if you look at the new KnY episode, it has almost zero action or battle in it, but still has the best animation. And if you compare the new infinite castle scenes to the ones in the earlier seasons, you can tell that they didn't need to upgrade the old animation to show us these scenes, because it was already great in the earlier seasons. So it's not a one time great scene.

For me Bleach TYBW has the best animation.
This artstyle suits the most in my case.
I would mention JJK (MAPPA in general)
and movie type quality (Kimi no na wa, Koe no Katachi). Jigokuraku is interesting one because of the flower based, colorful theme, it just looks so good in my opion. Also 86's animation stole my heart.

I wouldn't say Bleach TYBW is THE #1 best looking anime of all time, but it's definitely one of the most gorgeous looking anime I've ever seen at least. Like just purely aesthetically and graphically it looks beautiful

Not even close. TYBW fans really thinking that every ep looked like some scenes in eps 6 and 7 lol. A lot of the show was standard Pierrot animation with typical speed lines and freeze frames. I guess people forgot the production issues in eps 2-5. The anime just has a sleeker look to it than before, the animation itself is nothing special.

In terms of animation per se (sakuga), no, Demon Slayer and Jujutsu Kaisen are in fact better.
But when we pay attention to photography, color palette, aesthetic and direction... then yes, I agree TYBW is much superior. No contest. Although there are others like Monogatari which are visually dazzling as well.

Well you are partially right.. Tybw is so far one of the best looking animes and we are talking about visuals not the actual animation even so demon slayer never had best animation to begin with it has only few sakuga moments but the CG makes up for it.. Even Tybw has very less sakuga moments due to less availability of staff.. If we are talking about visuals then bleach tybw is par with demon slayer so I can say the compositing is fabulous in bleach and it was the only thing that carried tybw except ep 1,6,7,10(partly)

i personally think that while the compositing was very good , the effects sometimes felt too on the nose as there were very minimal sakuga action sequences
Demon Slayer has consistently amazing animation in both action and non action sequences
Only time it may feel dull is during the comedic moments but that's more of a problem of the story and dialogue rather than the production
some other anime which i forgot to add are mob Psycho 100 and one punch man S1
