| Seems pretty straightforward to me, readers of the manga would mail-in to receive the OVA. This is how most OVAs nowadays are released, as there's typically only a market for them from existing fans of either a manga, or a TV anime. The days of standalone OVAs in the 80s and 90s has long since stagnated, except for hentai titles. |

| It's not the first time you have to collect coupons to receive an exclusive. But still a major pain in the ass for us westerners - especially in this case, given Atsushi Kamijo's older fan base it will probably be difficult to catch this one on shady sites. |
