Well i don't have any problem with animation style , it's okay. I really liked the first 2 or 3  episode but then its just getting worst and worst by every episode. one of the biggest reason is vash's kind nature, it's really frustrating like saving the one who is killing the people instead of saving the people who is getting killed. I just  hope end come out good or atleast satisfying but i think heroine would die and vash would try to kill his brother but in the end vash would try to save and still he would die by himself something like that.btw the opening theme song is way too good i just love it

I'm sure his actions will be justified in future episodes, I don't think it'll be some stupid reason.

i know he has some good damn reason but i just don't like this kind of character, going around playing hero and bluffing about saving everyone and in the end can't do single thing

For me it's getting better and better with each episode

I don't mind Vash's character that much

If you're having a bad time watching it , just drop it.......

On the first episode I didn’t quite liked the show, as it was a bit complicated and with the new animation style for me. But after that I loved the series and so far I have no regrets about the story nor the animation.
And I’m sure they will clear up the mess around Vash as the series go much deeper.

I've been liking it so far. The last two episodes were not quite exciting as the three our four previous ones, though.

I dont know dude, it feels like you are just focusing on Vash. I mean, agreed he's the main character and all, but since 4th episode, it feels like the spotlight shifted from Vash to Nicholas. Or, atleast episode 4 and 6 were mainly about him. I find his character interesting tbh. He keeps telling Vash, not to be too kind and try saving a bad guy who is killing innocents. But last episode, we get to see Nicholas actually trying to protect Livio, who was trying to kill Vash, and later the July Military. Now would he keep to his words and kill Livio for creating chaos? That's what I wanna know...

Episode 6 was hands down the best episode so far, I hope they switch animation styles more. I was always a HUGE BDN fan, so I’m excited to see his return. I agree with you about your assessment of Vash, and everyone has dumb hair, but it is getting better.

I don't expect to be blown away by "Trigun Stampede" overall, but luckily I have liked it more with the recent episodes (instead of feeling the same way with it getting worse). Episode six was the strongest episode for me so far and I think last episode was another good one - even if it's not, it was one of the more recent episodes. I was not feeling this series with those beginning episodes. Coincidentally, I thought the latter half of the original was better than its first half, too. Hopefully that'll be a similar case here. I'd rather be pleasantly surprised than be right with my initial impression.

The problem with Vash in Trigun Stampede is that his moral code is unjustified by his actions. In the original run of Trigun, Vash was first shown to be able to effectively solve problems while sticking to his principles, and only later on in the series did he start to fail. This made Wolfwood's philosophy more convincing over time, and it became much more difficult to discern what the best choice was. In Stampede, Vash's success is much more limited, and it makes his belief in pacifism seem ridiculous and unfounded. Vash's light-hearted, optimistic side is also shown less in Stampede, and the gap has been filled with a sulking attitude that makes what little success he has feel even less valuable. Stampede takes away the parts of Vash that made his ideology justifiable and character likable, which only serves to hurt its identity.

So far there's nothing that I dislike about the show. I love the animations and the faster pacing than the original whose opening episodes somewhat drag. I actually like that Vash absolutely will not kill and that is a moral compass that has ultimately failed him, as he is known as Stampede/Typhoon/Natural Disaster, for his inability to save anyone. He has failed at being a pacifist. Especially when Wildwood is introduced. A character who sees himself as judge, jury, and executioner. While I can understand how you might find Vash's character irritating when his morals are unable to save people, ultimately it think it's more important to have interesting characters and interpersonal interactions, rather than something so straight forward it's boring and predictable.

i wanted to watch the original show for some time now and then stumbled upon this remake. decided to give it a try and i really like it so far, definitely want to check out the original some time later. i never expected to be blown away by this show or anything, but instead just wanted something to watch, and for now its a pleasant experience. i also dont mind Vash as he is rn even though i usually dont really like main characters, he’s aight. give the show some time to grow we’re only at ep 6, im sure Vash will get some character development sooner or later.

I'm not saying show it self is bad i just don't like the way vash is, he is not getting any kind of character devlopment and it's starting to feel frustrating even tho i like the show myself

I agree, the protagonist's personality is the weakest part of this anime. More specifically his immature idealistic belief. It gets from annoying, to frustrating after a while. Unfortunately Vash doesn't get smarter, with how he implements his methods either.
