Ichigo coming to terms with his Quincy and Hollow side was a touching moment, but there are some bits that I like even more:

• Ichigo using only a fraction of his power until now and still destroying pretty much anyone else in the show makes you wonder just how much of a natural prodigy he is as a Shinigami
  
• Further to that, since his Hollowfication breaks the boundary between Shinigami and Quincy, he can get even further than his unseen Shinigami potential
  
• And let's not forget that we have yet to see anything significant from his Quincy side, if it's going to be used in any significant way; though maybe skin hardening and negating Quincy shenaningans might be the extent of that
  

• Toshiro going back to Zanjutsu basics was very cool to someone practicing Kendo
  

• Hisagi is going to get his Bankai drawn out? I didn't think we'd get to see that in the show, that's just extra hype
  

Also, does Yhwachi really need Ishida's power to win this war? They already destroyed the best that Gotei 13 had to offer with little casualty. Maybe he's still wary of facing the Soul King and Division 0, despite his constant smug expression?

• Especially considering how weak Ishida has proven to be to date; his best showing involved Letzt Stil and he didn't even manage to kill a Captain with that
  
• Let's say that these Quincy can teach him the more stable version of that technique - that's betting on some future potential at best
