| Lol of course Kawaki would make a scene in class because Kawaki is being himself. Go figure. However, it looks like the reason he's actually attending school is to protect a girl on a mission. Not going to lie though, if it wasn't for Kawaki's personality, then the episode would've been boring. He added some popcorn entertainment. |

| Wahhh. It's a great episode. New characters!! Kawaki-kun is such a vibe hehe. Kawaki-kun such a great fan of Naruto. 😊😂 Kae-chan is a princess. I'm excited on how this arc will unfold. I'm already suspicious about the other characters. No ending visuals just the credits makes it more hype. Himawari-chan found out about the secret mission. 😅 Ughh anyways looking forward next week!!!!!! |

This was Anime canon, it a part of the story that is not in the manga but expanding the story and developing the characters. Anime canon is definitely not pointless. And there were 2 or 3 times when the anime canon stuff was referenced in the manga, for example Sumire's backstory. |

So let's see if this can be worth the time or no. So far it's fine... |

| Feel kinda bad about Kawaki, but maybe he can learn to get along better while he's at the academy. "was"? Shouldn't that be "is"? He didn't end the sentence with a past tense. 「九尾九喇嘛の人柱力」「kyuubi kurama no jinchuriki. Maybe it was a typo? Or a mistranslation? Besides it'd be weird to divulge a huge secret to a bunch of academy school kids. Kawaki's mission is to protect the princess but it might be someone's mission to assassinate her. Hana sensei? Or maybe one of the students 🤔. Either way this arc is going to be fun. |

| Huh, the way Kawaki interacted with the rest of academy class in this new anime canon arc made this already more enjoyable than the Hidden in the Mist arc as a whole. Let's see for how much though. |

From what I could see from the cast list Yukiwari Kae （雪割 カエ） is voiced by Minase Inori (水瀬いのり). She has voiced characters such as Hestia from Danmachi, Jeanne from Vanitas no Karte, and Chino from Gochuumon wa Usagi Desu ka? |

| Nice to know that the show is still ignoring the whole 'Boruto could turn and destroy the world at any minute' aspect of the story for the sake of filler and Kawaki's shot at the ninja academy. Next up is the Princess's tea party, that's sure to be a banger... ugh. |

| Kawaki is one of my favorite boruto characters so I’m always happy to see him, this episode was great and it was funny seeing Kawaki act up in class, It was also great to see Kawaki knock that summoning out in one punch lol, it’s was nice to see Kawakis soft side when he gave that book to Kae. I liked this episode |

| It is hilarious that people are still debating what is canon, manga canon and filler... when every episode officially is canon but in reality this doesn't matter, it will not be mentioned in the manga anyway. For how long Boruto is airing manga mentioned anime stuff only two times, Boruto being in mist village when he met Ao and Sumire but even then without Nue. |

| I thought Hima would think Kawaki liked Kae and wanted to go out. I was hoping she'd tell Boruto that and it would go sideways with them trying to set Kawaki up. Kawaki on a date sounds hilarious to me. |

| Hold up, is this going to be a whole special arc?! I approve!! This episode would have been a 5/5 for me, but I had 3 major issues. 1. Kawaki going to be hardstuck in Academy because sleeps and is not learning like should be. Also if not sleeping, staring like the socially unintelligent he is. 2. Kid being dumb harassing Kawaki for no reason 3. Their teacher kind of throwing me off since she's at least a Chuunin but giving me civilian or genin vibes So they know Kawaki is Himawari's older brother, but no comments about him also being son of Hokage. The age gap itself is not surprising as I assume the princess is a little older, and people who repeat like Iwabe get an age gap. Like father like son, didn't Naruto get some princesses to love him? Lots of colorful characters! Wonder if they will exist in future. Looks like this is [anime] canon so could be!!! (next manga canon seems to be 282, so will be a long one again it seems) |
