 The official website of the Hyouken no Majutsushi ga Sekai wo Suberu: Sekai Saikyou no Majutsushi de Aru Shounen wa, Majutsu Gakuin ni Nyuugaku suru (The Iceblade Sorcerer Shall Rule the World) television anime unveiled additional cast, the ending theme, and an ending theme promo on Thursday. The anime series is set to premiere in January 2023 on TBS and BS11.Cast Rebecca Bradley: Azumi Waki (Yuusha Party wo Tsuihou sareta Beast Tamer, Saikyoushu no Nekomimi Shoujo to Deau) Claris Cleveland: Kaede Hondo (Itai no wa Iya nano de Bougyoryoku ni Kyokufuri Shitai to Omoimasu.) Ariane Algren: Akira Sekine (Princess Principal) Lydia Ainsworth: Atsumi Tanezaki (Spy x Family) Abbie Garnet: Nanako Mori (Leadale no Daichi nite) Carol Caroline: Maaya Uchida (Chainsaw Man) Evi Armstrong: Yuuichirou Umehara (Goblin Slayer) Voice actress Maaya Uchida is performing the ending theme "Loudhailer," previewed in the ending theme promo below. Masahiro Takata (Tenkuu Shinpan) is directing the anime and handling the series composition at Cloud Hearts. Makoto Shimojima (Kingdom 2nd Season) is designing the characters. Tatsuhiko Saiki (Otome Game no Hametsu Flag shika Nai Akuyaku Reijou ni Tensei shiteshimatta... X) and Natsumi Tabuchi (Akuyaku Reijou nano de Last Boss wo Kattemimashita) are composing the music. The anime adapts Nana Mikoshiba's action fantasy light novel, which began on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website in October 2019. Kodansha began publishing the novel under its Ranobe Bunko imprint in July 2020, with illustrations by Riko Korie (Juuou Mujin no Fafnir). The sixth volume shipped on October 3. Norihito Sasaki began a manga adaptation in Magazine pocket in June 2020. Kodansha shipped the tenth volume on October 7. Kodansha USA licensed the manga in English in October 2021 for digital release. The second volume went on sale in December 2021, with the third volume scheduled to be released on January 3.
