| Somehow, Akira will still remain crazy as he always is. Not too much development this episode but it's clear that Akira is up to his no good again. That face alone just gives a bad vibe. Tbh, I don't think Akira will ever be normal, like the rest of this show. |

| Here we go again with the huge pack. This time not depicted as snake but piranhas and with a better leader. I wouldn't trust Midousuji even if had eyes on my back. That fucker is just built weird and that's precisely what makes him so compelling. Naruko cares for him as a rival and I think Midousuji acknowledges him at least a bit too by calling him staright Naruko. At least part of me wants to believe that he's not a complete jerk without a shred of conscience. Scenes like him forcing his team to shave their heads speak a different language, but those are his zaku, lmao, sooo. |

| Hooo... Midousuji leading a pack! Whoaaa this suddenly became intense! I thought it was gonna be a repeat of last Interhigh, but just adding Mido as the main ingredient spiced things up a lot! Is it just me or is the pacing this season kinda... good? Pacing last 2 seasons was pretty bad but now... it really looks promising! (edit) Someone mentioned they cut a certain arc, I think maybe it was about those 2 unknown characters that showed up out of nowhere, but it's normal to cut some scenes for adaptations, especially since we're only getting 24 eps. If the pacing in the previous 2 seasons were better, then maybe we've gotten them. Naruko worrying about Midousuji was nice to see tho! We all knew Mido was planning something (which is better for Naruko) but Mido didn't really push Naruko away. I guess Naruko has gained Mido's respect since the moment Mido called him "not gross" and even calls him "Naruko." XD Anywayyy my boi Komari got his head shaved... his pretty hair got shaved... :') Also he has been awfully quiet. I wanted to see him get crazy. TvT No omake this season, huh. :') |
