| I was wondering what the cross shape on Ryoga's face was from and the episode managed to explain it pretty conclusively. The question remains why he lost to that. |

| I don't remember asking for Rinrin and Ranran to return but I'm glad they did. This episode was hilarious even if the end jokes were reused from their last episode. Akane fighting seriously and Ranma almost being a reverse damsel in distress were fun to see. Also, does Kodachi always laugh like that? Even while doing menial tasks? |
| Since Ling-Ling and Lung-Lung are characters original for the anime, I was thinking their first episode might be it for them, but thankfully I was wrong, very happy to see them return, and this episode was a lot of fun. Akane kinda became the MC for this one since the sisters targeted her after successfully failed attempts at Kodachi and Ukyo. And just like last time, they had a new attack that Cologne hyped up but was ultimately pretty silly, but this doesn’t mean it was useless because the egg bombs the sisters were dropping from the “Phoenix” caused some issues, thankfully Akane figured this one out and forced the sisters to pull out one last trick, a giant billboard of a Phoenix that came crashing down very quickly, I was wondering how Ryoga got beat up so bad lol. I also wanted to mention how the sisters quickly built the mechanical Phoenix back, this really reminded me of that Family Guy bit of the Amish folks rapidly building back a barn no matter how many times it was destroyed, of course this came way earlier tho. Quite the enjoyable fight, I’m glad Akane won out in the end and Ling-Ling and Lung-Lung were a good time once again, hope this isn’t the last we see of these cute troublemakers. |
