I really hope they don't make the same mistake that food wars did in their last arc where they add these weirdly intense sub-plots with massive stakes and get involved in murder mysteries and weird shit like that. it's a manga about comedy. the stakes should only feel high because you care about the charactersamd want them to succeed, not because they'll fucking die if they don't say a funny enough joke. haikyuu is the best example of a perfect balance in this area. the intimidating characters are scary because they're good at volleyball, not because they want to take over the world or something. they're highschoolers. you know that its not actually that big a deal if they lose the matches but you still care because you want them to succeed

Anyone else feel like the first half of the chapter was pretty lacking in the art? I'm enjoying it so far but I felt like they were losing me a bit in the beggining of the chapter...
