This episode somehow had one of the most silly plots in recent Lupin memory, yet somehow still made it work without coming across as stupid.

Goemon having to work as a model is hilarious, and his deadpan misunderstandings just made it all the more entertaining. At first, I figured it was all a set up so he could be the inside man to help Lupin steal the clothes, but around halfway I realized that it was just a coincidence and that he would be on opposing sides of Lupin in this case. Sadly, Lupin wasn't prepared for it and ended up being stopped by Goemon's loyalty to his current job.

There was a very nice parallel between Goemon's path of the sword and Gabby's path of designing, and the outcome for both of them was much more wholesome than I would have expected to happen.

Honestly, the best part about this episode was the awesome soundtrack accompanying Goemon's model runway walking montage. I could listen to that all day. Speaking of, the Lupin Part 6 Woman soundtrack was released this past week, and this is the track I was referring to.

The whole montage scene was executed perfectly.

Since we got a Jigen episode last week, its only natural that we get a Goemon episode this week. Goemon was somehow hired to be a model for the fashion designer Gabby who was unsatisfied with her own creations. It took Goemon quite a bit of time for him to be in sync with the other models after some extensive training that caused him to collapse. Meanwhile, Lupin and Fujiko were planing on stealing Gabby's collection during the fashion show. Unfortunately for them, Goemon found out about it after running into them during the show. Even Lupin was getting in on the modeling action which was not a part of the show. Lupin and Fujiko tried to make off with Gabby's collection, but Goemon stopped them leaving the pair empty handed.

I definitely loved the soundtrack played during Goemon's runway montage and I couldn't help but listen to that track over and over again as I'm writing this. Yuji Ohno was really showing out on that one. I haven't listen to the Women portion of the Lupin Part 6 soundtrack yet, but Gabby's Show is one of the standout tracks on there.

I had a big ol smile the whole episode. The comedy was played perfectly. Lupin should have called it off after meeting Goemon on stage. This time Lupin took the L.

Yuji Ohno is one the few parts of Lupin that is still around contributing to the franchise. I love the old tracks like Magnum dance he brought back as much as I love the new tracks.

Lol that was pretty fun, I liked the machine to steal the clothes but you can't do anything against Goemon xD

It's always fun to watch a Goemon focused episode, watching this after the previous episode really demonstrates their different approaches regarding personal matters.

Trivia: Gabby gets interviewed by a lady who looks very similar to Anna Wintour.
