I haven't read it's manga but I think she is kaguya hime becouse show give us lots of reference about it starting in 1st ep and it opening also has little sad start like telling her past

I think this is the continuation of her story after she returned to moon, I think it's like she came back so she could find her lover and I think nasa is reincarnation of him

SPOILER:It happened almost 1400 years ago when kaguya gave the HOURAI ELIXIR(it's basically a drink or something which grants you immortality and self healing like wolverine) to the king who was ruling the land I think and wanted him to drink that elixir to be alive for her return to earth from the moon ( basically based on a Japanese folklore) but the king wants to get rid Or to dispose of the elixer and gave it to a man called Iwakasa and the daughter of Iwakasa was TSUKASA-CHAN, suddenly she was bedridden, ill and was about to die this is were everything happens, her father gives the elixer to her when she's abt to die and was unconscious, and blacked out and then she woke up and and thinking abt what happened to her and why she's still alive ,and after learning the truth from her father about the elixir , she wants to go to the moon to meet kaguya hime to get back to normal without this immortality and live a life of a normal person or even face death( if there's any mistake in this passage please correct me) thank you...

The manga takes such a turn in that regard, the chapters discussing Tsukasa's past are just heartbreaking. She's "cursed" with immortality.

(**Spoilers) No that's not, basically Tsukasa was given the immortal elixir 1400 years ago, which Princess Kaguya gave to her lover. So basically Tsukasa is immortal and can't be hurt or sick, if you rewind back, she was badly hurt while saving Nasa, but later she was recovered so quickly, this was story of her knowing things 1300 years ago... As she lived for 1400 years. If you want to read full story how she became immortal and got the elixir, read Manga Chapter 148 in guess.

She's immortal. 1300 years ago, her father gave her a potion which gives immortality. This potion came from Kaguya, who gave it to the emperor of the Japan. The emperor decided to burn, but then, her father stole it and gave to Tsukasa, as she was dying.

you might be right because after few episodes we were shown the moon sample in her house which was broken by her sister or whatever she is so yh it can be a reference

But the concept is kind of sad to me, he'll age and pass on while she lives on. That's a horrible fate in my opinion.
