| Since no one has created a discussion forum yet, I will create one. I'm very happy that Lerche adapted this. The wall clock scene was good, as I expected. But what touched my heart the most was the Yorugaakeru scene :") in the movie it's more about Ugetsu-Akihiko-Haruki, but here we can see it from the side of Yuki-Mafuyu-Uenoyama. The seiyuus did a good job~ So happy to see them again, I hope we can get a lot of Given content in the future! Hahah and the after credit scene!! "I DISAPPROVE!!!" XD |

| it was a cute special episode, but, this reduces the possibility of a second season, right? there is not enough content in the manga right now for a season 2, but maybe with these mafuyama scenes, there could have been in a year or so. the fact that they decided to adapt these scenes in an OVA probably means that there won't be another season for a long, long time. maybe we can get another OVA or something like that for the shizuragi arc, but i highly doubt it. :( |

I think our chances of getting another adaptation of Given are at least in 2 years? (2022) and it's also possible that it focuses more on Shizu-Hiiragi, so probably it's gonna be an OVA or movie Because if Lerche wants to make a season 2, which focuses on Mafuyu-Ue, it definitely needs a lot of content.. and I don't feel that Natsuki-sensei will give us a lot of content/material in the near future :"D so let's be patient and hope for the best!! ♡ |

The movie already made season 2 awkward, even unlikely, because by concentrating on the Aki-Haru-Ugetsu trio, the producers chose to omit a lot of crucial Ritsuka/Mafuyu material. The OVA brings everything in the story together. If/when we get a season 2, it can proced from chapter 28 of the manga, which is an entirely new arc. We have sixteen new chapters plus several side stories and special chapters which will be more than enough for a second season once that arc reaches its climax (probably another 3 or 4 chapters). Given continues to be a popular series, having had a live action adaptation and the stage show as well as the new OVA this year. The manga was a centerpiece of Cheri+’s 10th anniversary exhibit. I think a season 2 is inevitable, probably in later 2022. ooo~ if that's the case then this will be very good news and my expectations will be very high hahah. I also feel that in 2022 we will get another Given content.. it's just that I feel there is a possibility that it will focus on Shizu-Hiiragi.. I just hope that if Given is given a second season by Lerche, it will be like the first season which focuses on Mafuyu-Ue. But anyway, whatever it is later that is given/adapted, as long as it's Given content then I like it and will watch it :D |

| I loved it until the end tho the pacing was kinda off where they just made it show like another day has passed. The ending got me, it was fun watching this short OVA. Glad I still watched it. 8/10 |

| This was a good one but it felt really rushed during most of the scenes but I'm super duper happy to see my boy Mafuyu ;) |
| Loved it, I'm so glad to see another tiny part of the Given world. It always makes me tear up a little when I hear Mafuyu sing, his VA is sooo damn good and sings with so much emotion. |

| That was incredibly disappointing... a random assortment of cut scenes that should have been in the movie makes for a super poor OVA. and there was all that build-up for a sex scene that just never happened. I can't believe they're charging for what should be a DVD extra for the movie. |

| Probably won’t get another season so soon since there’s not much other content from manga but I hope there will be an OVA for Hiiragi & Shizu’s story♡ I know a lot of people only want to see Mafuyu & Uenoyama but I love all the charactersㅠㅡㅠ That scene in the classroom where Mafuyu was trying to express himself & trying to communicate with Uenoyamaಥ﹏ಥ the past still haunts him, but he’s no longer alone nowಥ﹏ಥ |

| Couldn't care less about this OVA basically being a bunch of disjointed scenes. I just wanted to see more Mafuyu and Ritsuka being awkwardly cute together and that was exactly what I got. 5/5 |
| This felt more like a series of snapshots into the ongoing relationship of Ue and Mafuyu. I enjoyed it for what it was - super cute :3 |
| It was good and everything, but it just felt all over the place. I get they didn’t wanna go back and forth in the movie, but idk, it just felt weird. Not bad, though. 6/10 I feel almost like I should stop it here? The lines of consent were hard in the movie, but I’ve looked at the manga and just… yikes. The author seems to have a lot of “it’s technically consensual because he didn’t outright say 'no'” stuff, and it’s kind of disturbing me. The things I liked about this series seem to slowly end up going away. |
