Their levels are probably that high because of the contract they made with the mc however I still dont get why it only showed him as a level 1,maybe because he has no experience in that world?

well in first episode,the god that met him before that bitchy goddess.....that cool moon god said that he'll give him as much of his powers as he can

So yeah....misumi actually is just a lvl1 but the difference in power is due to the powers the moon god bestowed upon him......
Also,this theory could be completely wrong and maybe he's so strong coz he's a hero summon and heroes are supposed to be strong(misumi is a bit too cracked though😂😂)

I don’t think magic power and the levels are the same I thinks it’s like exp which he hasn’t gained any as he hasn’t killed anything or perhaps the goddess is just troll and made it look like he’s a level 1

I think your theory is the most likely one that could be true and I have read so far. He himself didn't do anything but he was instantly overpowered, that's because his base strenth and mana is so high. If he wants to go to level 2 he probably needs to kill or defeat something very strong. For now he hasn't killed anything and only defeated some weaklings. Furthermore if he gets to level 2 that would mean he gets stronger wich means he hasn't done anything that is worth enough to say he hot stronger. Even against strong opponents he holds back for the sake of the world wich means he hardly ever gets serious.

his level was 1 in the first episode as well .. so it's not just about the trapping the mana... I think either he got most of his powers from the God that's why or maybe the Goddess cursed him or something like that

I think its along these lines where his base value strength is really op (like dragon types in pokemon having high base stats) because of the power given by the moon god or whatever he was. He's still level 1 because he hasn't done any adventuring or monster slaying (besides the first casualties when he shot the arrow at the sign in ep 1) to level up like in rpgs.

My theory to this is its probably because out of all his family members that lives on earth has the goddess protection to be able to survive the harsh environment of the new planet which he didn't get when he was born, so entirety of his childhood he lived through the harsh environment, then after getting isekaid back to his parents original world which again did NOT receive the goddess blessings probably made the levelling system go error on him, maybe he's a rare case where a hyuman race got sent to the harsh human inhabited planet with no protection changed him making the levelling system go error on him. An out of this world being that's not hyuman or ningen(human) nor monster.

Well, as a WN reader I can confirm that his lvl system is broken, probably because he's too strong or maybe because the Godess didn't give him her blessing. So dont't look forward to seeing him level up, not that he can't get stronger anyways.

If I remember right, the wn went into this, level is just a kill confirmation system, not a skill based/power based system. I don't think the mc ever had his level re assessed post certain events, and up till certain events I think he only killed less than 20 things.

It's Ring and Cloth, the mask does nothing, it's just a mask for hiding his face. And they only consume mana, not levels.

I stumbled on this topic and felt like to participate.

To summarise:

1) He is too strong for the scroll to meassure his strength

2) He did not kill any monster

3) He is from another world and did not receive blessing

I would go with 1. It can not be 2 since he did kill monsters (3 head dog at the start and red eyed bee).
There is a possibility that it is option 3, but I can counter this possibility. For example, if you need the blessing to get access to the worlds level system.
Do monsters receive the blessing? If no, how did their servants receive a level....
An other possibility is that it has to do with isekai, this would mean his parents were also level 1. If I remember correctly, there are other heroes who got transported who have a level. With this in mind, I think it can not be option 3.

Final: option 1 would be the best answer

He is not able to use magic which corresponds to the Level.
As for him beating 1k or 1.5k lvl monsters like Tomoe and Mio, its because of his Kai bestowed by Tsukiyomi
