How did readers feel when they were shown that Kumoko wasn't the "outcast", Wakaba Hiiro, but rather just a common spider that was saved by Ms. Oka? I just read this on the wiki and I was a bit baffled by this piece of information. Wakaba Hiiro is actually Administrator D and Kumoko is a common spider with a fraction of D's soul.

Pretty surprised, it was a fantastic twist and actually foreshadowed since the start of the novel.

Really? How was it foreshadowed?

She clearly said it in the first chapter but was taken like an absurd hypothesis

I don't know her quote, but if she just said "I'm a spider" that was also real in the isekai and seems like a long shot to assume that she was also a spider in the real world. Did people also assume that Administrator D had infused Kumoko with D's soul?

It is quite a surprise for sure, but it is less absurd than it may seem when you get eased to the idea for 9 Volumes (the reveal is made at the end of Volume 9).
It's not like there's any single event that just outright reveals the biggest twist this story has (so far), but by the time it's finally revealed, it kinda makes sense.
This aspect gives this series a HUGE rereading value. It's awesome to revisit old passages with new pieces of information and see how they feel different and how "it all makes sense". And I'm not even talking about this particular spoiler, it happens multiple times all throughout the series.

This is on the first chapter, and the very first piece of foreshadow (if you ignore the title):
At any rate, the most likely conclusion is still that I died at that moment and was reincarnated as a spider.
Other than that, I guess it's possible that I'm alive, and my spirit is currently possessing a spider, or something similar.
Like, maybe my original body is in a vegetative state, lying on a hospital bed right now.
Or here's an even crazier idea: Maybe I'm not the real me at all, just some total stranger who happens to have the memories of another person.
Maybe the real me is sitting in class like usual, even now.
Well.
It's not like there's any way for me to know for sure. How can I prove I'm not who I think I am, anyway?

Like I said, it's not like anything in particular just explains everything, but as the different events start pilling up the whole truth gets more plausible.

It foreshadows Administrator D sharing her soul with Kumoko, but what about her being a spider in the classroom previously?

There's no one single event that spills the whole story, but the little pieces are sprinkle all throughout.
I typed this passage as it was easily available (lol, it's at the very beginning, I didn't even have to search for it), but I'd really suggest you check how things develop on your own, it's much more fun and these books are a very easy reading.
But if you're really interested on this side of the mystery, IRC the pet spider is first mentioned by Shun on a dream flashback about someone else, on Volume 3 or 4.

Also the fact that she is nameless, and she never had Wakaba as a second name like the other reincarnated.

>She was Namless and didnt have the second name "Wakaba Hiiro" unlike when she used appraisal on Sophia
>Administrator D stated that she reincarnated the classmates that matched their soul, and Kumoko reincarnated as a spider
>Her skill points are the lowest out of all reincarnations

So why was Fei reincarnated as an Earth Dragon? There are other reincarnations that aren't necessarily human, but at least they look human, so why was Shinohara Mirei an exception? Was it because Administrator D wanted to make fun out of her?

D doesnt like dragons, so when Fei bullied Wakaba Hiiro in their past life, D felt annoyed by that so D reincarnated her into a dragon
Thats what i read in the wiki

but wasn't the bullying actually jealousy? Because she would be way more popular than the other girls?

Pretty much. Fei had a crush but got rejected because her crush actually liked Wakaba, and since Wakaba didn't really talk that much that made Fei even more mad at her.

Huh. I figured maybe it was because earth dragons are prideful (according to both Ariel and Kumoko,) and Fei's actions towards Wakaba were the result of her sense of pride.

the even more funny part is it literally spoils itself . "So im a spider, so what"

Kumoko is literally a "spider" but doesn't care anymore

From Amazon-JP, it doesn't seem so, they are currently on Book 14 and the Demons are about to fight the Elves and only recently Kumo's past caught up to Julius' present.

Mhhh i think it's possible that D is Kumoko but D said she reincarnated 25 people without her self but kumoko is reincarnated but D said she's not so it's possible that D is not Kumoko
Pleas say if i wrong
