| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Well the art was pretty bad switching between them, but the character designs are so cute. I wish they'd show us the more technical side of surfing, but that would need better art. I still think I'm going to like this story. Also the BL vibes were a lot lol. Yet another queer-baiting sports anime lol Mod Edit: Modified title to match the Anime Title. |

| This was okay thou I liked it. MC got interested in surfing after watching Sho surf and he gave it a try and managed to stand right away, he has talent. For now that was basically it, maybe episode 2 and 3 will be better or atleast I hope they will. Visuals and the girls were both really beautiful. |

| This episode was below average, I'm kinda disappointed. I didn't expect this show to be a masterpiece, but from the pv I tought it looked pretty good. I'll still watch it since it's only 3 episodes but the 3d animation when they surf looks terrible and the characters don't seem to be that interesting so far. |

| The CGI lools terrible!! How awful! x_x It would be better to stick with 2D than letting someone who's unexperienced at using the 3D animation. Using a bad animation just ruins the show itself, specially the audience's experience. The story doesn't look that bad, but... you know :( I'm feeling quite disappointed, cuz the surfing performance could have been better animated if not using the 3D part. |

| Well, never expect this one has a movie before. Almost have a mistake visit before reaching this one. Lol. Anyway, this is my first entry related to the surfing. So, its may become my motivation to watch this. Unfortunately, the art was not so good. The animation either, during the surf kinda dissapointed with that transitional. The first part at the competition one look better. So, maybe they took more effort into that one, idk. Overall, with the way of them narrated the story, and directed the moment were pretty much engaging. So its just an understandably first episode, and really looking forward to see the next without much complain. Thats it for now. |

| I really, R E A L L Y want to like it, but the switching between 2d and 3d is not my thing at all, besides, HE. DOESNT. KNOW. HOW. TO. SWIM. in the first place so why would they let him go so deep into the ocean when they knew so much can happen to a newbie?? And second of all who the hell gets the balance so easily on their first try, i mean I tried surfing and i could barely stand a second if anything on the board before falling down and so did the others who were taking the lessons with me so it's really unrealistic and just ugh annoying, i Hope it gets better next episode |
| The animation and visuals of the waves are amazing! When Masaki stood up for the first time and rode that wave, I got goosebumps! Definitely staying to watch this one! |

| Got the feeling Corgi here is crushing more on the new guy Sho rather than surfing spot, feeling bad for Nalu who invited him many times before to surf. Pretty unorthodox way of learning to surf without being able to swim but I guess anything goes in anime. |
