Yuna sure has been busy with work. On the other hand, there's nothing that will stop her from getting the food she wants whether it's a monster or any obstacle.

I guess she really has a big appetite, like a bear.

Yuna thought hard just to defeat the Kraken, I never thought that Kraken would make Yuna tired.

After defeating the Kraken, Yuna only thinking about food, lol

Yep as expected that merchant is the mastermind behind the thieves.

Funny chibi what-ifs animations we got there of Yuna's 'splendid' ideas.

Yuna would totally save some random village for some rice and miso soups,
and oh boi, the fight vs Kraken is quite breathtaking, it's quite tough that it took a while for Yuna to defeat it. But hell yeah Kraken hotpot for the whole villager in the next chapter? hahaha

Aahh so even Yuna has limits. Nice to see, I love that she's not a super powered MC. Compared to how most shows present their characters.

The battle with kraken is very tough. Eventually, everything went well, thanks to rice, miso, and soy sauce.

BTW, there is a Japan-liked country in this world, Wa, Yuna should visit this country very soon.
Wa is the oldest recorded name of Japan, it was used before Nihon.

Is it me or did they brighten Atla’s skin? Last week my baby was looking like a Nubian queen, this week she looked light skinned. Tbf, it could’ve just been the dark lighting of the bar from last week, but it was something that stood out to me.

Lol. Yuna defeating the kraken just goes to show you that the best way is the easiest way often times. Who would’ve thought you could just make a giant hotpot.

One more episode next week, gonna have to pick up the LN because I’ll be sad to see this one end.

I was puzzled on whether I was watching Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear or Bear Bear Bear Kuma during Yuna's delusions lmao

Most interesting fight so far imo, this one requires Yuna to properly plan the fight instead of just "KUMA PUNCH"

finally, an opponent that push Yuna to the limits. Really close fight with that Kraken. It's regen ability probably helped drag the fight that long. Yuna won, but just barely.

seeing the giant worm again remind me of the man Yuna beat up in a previous episode. xD

And the Kraken has been defeated. Nothing can stand in the way of food for Yuna. XD
Maling a giant hot pot is a unique way of defeating a sea monster.

Bloody bear idea was just amazing. Thanks to her surrounding, tho. I never expected to put the battle between them to be something like that. Poor that squid, got trapped and then get boiled. Lmao. Its a hotpot kraken! Must be delicious!

The part where Yuna was trying hard to figured out the way to fights the Kraken actually a funny process. That imaginations, tho. Its full of a tickling moments, that made me laugh much. Her way of thinking really out of the box until she found the real solution was just nicely done. I love that shit, Yuna, no doubt!

So, after the town already openned, and the sea routes already free from the poor monster, its time for the culinary sceneries with the little girls. Yeah! I just hope Yuna had a guts to visit the land of Wano. Because, maybe, she might be meet with luffy xd.

HEH, last week's trouble with the thieves are easy meat. And as to be expected, the greedy merchant guild master is the mastermind...all while sleepy Yuna is dragged everywhere. Man, give this girl a rest already...but the ordeal isn't over yet with the kraken. Another major problem solved at the very least.

To receive a VERY Japanese-ish meal, it definitely feels like home for Yuna, filled with tears of nostalgia.

Without further ado, it's time to defeat the kraken, but without a concrete plan, that won't do for a disadvantage of fighting in water. But first, a hotpot in thanks for her efforts to open up the town's food chains, and the simplest way is always the best way for a lure-and-bait strategy by using the worm that she caught from episodes prior for fishing.

What a tough enemy to face, probably the toughest Yuna has faced so far. Trapping it and making the entire entrapment hotpot style took so much effort, but it paid off heavily. Truly a maiden who longs for nostalgic food.

I'm glad that there's a monster that push Yuna to her limit, haven't seen her struggle this much since the first episode. But this is still too easy for her overpowered bear armor.

Yuna missed her Japanese food so much she bursted into tears.

Well Yuna went up against the Kraken to help out the town even more!!

Yuna put all her strength and energy into defeating the Kraken. Well deserved victory I must say.

Kraken hot pot xD.

OK episode :/

That moment when you're so OP you'll defeat the boss monster just for the sake of some food, but you can't tell anyone in order to preserve their common sense... (even though the very act soloing the boss is already messing with their common sense...)

---

They really rushed the bandit subjugation only to spend a good chunk of time on the part about brainstorming ideas. This basically confirms my theory that they're prioritizing animating the parts that are easy over animating the parts that were important. At least the Kraken fight was too important to skimp on... - they even found the time to add some unnecessary details - time they could have spend not glossing over the bandit subjugation.

I guess that's not important if you're planning on making the anime so shit it'll never get a sequel. They'll never have to answer for past omissions if they destroy all hope of ever continuing the series.

sleep-deprived bear vs. kraken. The way it casually put the giant worm bait into it's mouth shows how huge the Kraken is. Could have resulted in the first real injury of Yuna, if it was able to whack her one more time with it's tentacle. Fortunately, the kraken expired before it could hit her.

looking forward to next week! :)

Well it was obvious it was that fat dude who was behind the thieves and everything. That slap from Atla was so deserved.

So much delicious food today, that nostalgia for Yuna to be able to eat Rice, Miso Soup and fish with soy sauce, later some hotpot as well. Makes me want some too. The hotpot was a nice hint on how to defeat the Kraken. She cooked that monster!

Good episode, only one more episode to go though! :(

Oh, that's why Yuna sleeps with the white bear side of her bear suit, because it heals her. Great episode, sad that there is only 1 episode left I am going to miss our Bear, the collector of children.

A bear's gotta do what a bear's gotta do for some rice, miso and soy sauce. Looking forward to the last episode and it looks like it's going to focus on Yuna and Fina, as it should.

Well, it wasn't takoyaki as I expected but nabe what Yuna ended up preparing with the poor Kraken lol.

So if this series ever gets a second season, guess Yuna's next purpose in life will be to visit Wa in search of all that precious japanese food.

Overall, another nice episode. Looking forward to the finale!

Yuna is amazing! Now she defeated a Kraken! Also, there was a Ghibli reference in this episode:

It's a reference to a Ghibli movie, "Porco Rosso", where Porco says "A pig that doesn't fly is just a pig."

Yuna ideas and imagination in defeating the kraken was quite a laugh. That was an awesome fight with the Kraken, she eventually defeat it (barely) in the end and saved the town.

Glad to see Yuna has some limits as well, and not just an over powered MC.

I don't think they're gonna make a 2nd season anytime soon, the anime has already surpassed the manga.

Anyway, I was pretty surprised at the intricacy of dealing with the Kraken.

I actually really enjoyed this episode. It was fun to see her try to come up with an idea to defeat the kraken and then see it actually pay off. Also, it was nice to see that even her powers have some limits. She's pretty damn lucky that kraken fell at that exact moment.

Not even a Kraken will stop Yuna from eating her hometown food! The Kraken was a lot of work, Yuna was pushed to the limit this time.

It may have been a heated "battle", but it was a lukewarm fight. Pretty much anything in this series is written pretty cutesy and tame. They shouldn't have tried to make it look like serious action though. They didn't had the pacing right for that and as I said before, it is lukewarm. There was no real struggle and everythings out of the blue and has no substance behind it.
And what's with that sudden drooling for japanese cuisine? You go to a phantasy land, but then make it turn into japan? It may be a new approach to isekai, but it's still crappy...
