| That was quite interesting. As many have already mentioned the art style looks really good. I would have never guessed that it was made by Lerche. I also enjoyed how this episode overlapped panels and generally felt like a moving manga. Some people have pointed it out as bad animation but to me it just feels kind of original, I guess. The comedy hasn't quite got to me, though. Nonetheless, I will definitely stick with this show as it seems rather promising. |

| It looks like the art-style of the manga is very prominent in the anime. I feel dark vibes in this show despite the comedy scenes that if u ask me, they're pretty funny. Characters are ok, nothing special. I don't Nene at first but lets see her in the next ep. Just like someone said, I wonder if this show is going to turn into an episodic anime or not. |

| Wow this is a great episode to start off this series. So much has happened in this one episode. The art style is very creative and unique, it really does piques my interest. The colour palette used in the background reminds me of the colour palette in Fire Force. The comedy used is just really funny man. I think I shall continue just for the comedy and story. |

| Not a bad start, artstyle is good aswell but a very weak comedy. Let's hope for something that is tagged as comedy to deliver something good. |

| Hahah, the first half of this episode was a little too girly even for a rom-com fanatic like myself xD but loved it when Hanako struck the mermaid *O* got interesting there. |

| What a stupid reason he had in the end. Lmao. Seriously, this show somehow had a weird technical animation approched. Idk about the studio, and its work of animation. But, somehow i don't think, i can quite attach with this style of the show. You know what i mean, a manga panelling decision for some sceneries. Idk why you used this, in this year of era, for the sake of aesthetical only? I don't quite understand. Welp, despite that thing, the storyline so far still decent. However, the relations felt so forced at this point, with the exact expected plot setting: using a Nene's wishes. Its not enough, ofc, for the first episode to justified the show. Even i don't even get a justification pov from Nene's crush. I believed, he actually like Nene. But, for the plot sake, its not an easy path for that generic happy end to happened. Okay, so far, i understand the whole premises. The problems is the progression until the end. So lets see how well, this show can handle at this rate. Summary, what i dislike so far, an intentional manga panel style for the flow of the animation. I don't know why people like that. In my opinion, its not so match up with its art style. Nene's appearance was not too good. Its mediocre, even the sounds of herself felt good. But, her reckless personality and her design art may not so decent for me. However, the storyline felt okay with a unique attempt to changed Hanako gender. Second, its colorful art style that surely stunned me with that beautiful theme of color pallete. Unfortunately, the animation part was not too good to compared the greatness of the beautiful approaching with its art style. Maybe some people just find it creative, and get bored with the same 'nice amazing' animation that they got from a mainstream show. But, for me, with this kind of show, that must added some creepy nature of the supernatural theme, that kind of animation failed to reach the feeling. Thats it for now. Lets move on to the next episode! |

| I have a feeling I am going to enjoy this show a lot. For me, the music is its strongest trait, very on point. The animation is unusual, but I like it, it's unique. And I love Hanako's voice... why so cute?! |

| I only started watching this seeing there's a new season out, and funimation has it, so. For just a cartoony funny-faces romcom it's okay. That shtick at the beginning "the school has 7 wonders" is really dumb and kind of a silly setup for the story. "There's a legend of a girl's ghost in the bathroom" is just fine as a starting point. "7 wonders"? Huh? Things I like- the color palette is pretty. Compared to pictures of the manga, this looks better actually. The thick line 'drawing' style works fine. And both the characters are ridiculously cute. Hanako has the historical boy's school uniform, and Nene transforms into a goldfish at one point that is f%^& adorable! I hope they go somewhere interesting with the story, there's a lot of potential with the concept. But the squealing and screeching vocals get annoying pretty quick, the humor is sure to entertain a 16 year old... but doesn't really make me laugh all that much. It also does this thing with characters appearing inside picture frames that slide across the screen, sometimes with just flowered wallpaper backgrounds. So lazy. Probably this won't win an Academy Award. |
