I definitely think it has the same vibe. Most gang animes are focused on adults, so it's not that usual to see a gang anime that focuses on teens in an urban city environment. It immediately reminded me of durarara, so I'm excited

I’ve never heard of this anime before but looking at the cover picture, it definitely gives me durarara vibes but without the supernatural side

No, I don`t think so. I think that IWGP is so much better than Durara. Durara only has popularity, but that`s all.
