| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Looks like HiDive got a hold of the show ahead of the airdate in Japan. Hey, I'm not complaining if it means a two week advance! This was a great way to start the season. I'm happy to see Marina and Circle are going to play a key role this time around, and the garupa tie-ins at the beginning were awesome. Something about PAREO rubs me the wrong way, but I don't dislike her... Like, how does she change her hair like that? The opening and ending sequences were both really pristine, the songs were jamming and the animation was really clean. The animation all around looked a lot cleaner, so I'm really glad they're upping their game here. I am hyped! This season is shaping up to be a good one, and I can't wait to see what we're getting next. |

| Always wanting more of this anime. Because it so much remind me of the live band performances that I watch in anime conventions. :) finished season one today, and intend to finish season 2 this week. Then come back to watch the third season. |
| Episodes 1-5 are actually being included in the Blurays accompanying 3 CD releases in Jan, so HiDive seems to be matching those releases. That'd mean we'd have to wait until March for episode 6 though |

| OK. Despite Chu2 being a bit of a jerk in anime, I really like RaS, so I hope they will not drag Rokka recruitment for another half a season despite already announcing it. |

| Have been replying the first five minute that are shown on the live stream several time. Now that the full episode are out this is miles better than what I'm imagining. Cannot stop smiling near the end of episode. And this is going to be my first 10/10 for this decade. |

| Just watched lots of RAS(3D version) lives and they're insanely good. So hyped when they played R・I・O・T even for just a brief moment. I fucking love this series and this is totally what I'm excited the most this season. Kokoro is still a goddess though. |

| My girls are finally back!!! Love the CGI Kasumi is up to no good as always and full of genki!! Awww honey you are so cute!!! Annoying pink haired girl is also back,,, Haven't missed her to be honest!! But to see my girls kick her ass in the end going to be worth her annoying present!! So glad to see Arisa glow over that she going to play in the Budokan!! She and Kasumi was flirting like always!!! And this time hopefully they will finally do some lesbian kissing!!!!,,YEEEEES!!!! The Yuri was strong as always!!! The lesbians where clinging on to each other!,,YEEES!! Cant get a better start then that!! My purest of lesbians get 10/10 just for showing up!! So glad to see my precious angels again!!!  |

| FINALLY, after 9 months of waiting!!! The anime that I had the most anticipation for is finally back! Definitely worth the waiting. I have been a big LOCK fan since the second season and it's good to see her again. So RAS is introduced now and with R.I.O.T (played it soooo much already on the mobile game) one of their best and original songs, we get a great atmosphere right away. Can't wait to see more! BanG Dream! |

| this anime never disappoints <3 the interactions are as fun as always, and seeing stuff like Kokoro jumping on the hallway just makes me laugh out loud =D that ending "we will beat your 2 bands and for that we will scout Rocka" DAMN this is starting well :v |

| Very happy to be watching another season of BanG Dream! My first question before this season started was how they were going to make Rokka a member of RAS. We know she's been a member forever, just needed to see her become official in the anime. The other members will definitely be blown away by how good she actually is. I'm looking for to watching more and seeing everyone perform at the event. |

| s3 is really cute so far! at first i was a bit confused with the references to some of the game events (like pasupares for example) since i'm really bad at the actual game, hopefully they don't cake them on too much to make it a bit more accessible for people like me but that's blissful thinking. it's also probably not a big deal but i love how the girls dialog flows, it feels like a normal teen girl conversation with the banter and teasing. so far i really like the extra attention on RAS! more RAS content is always welcome. masking is my yankee gf. |

| Critical ver: So far, looking better than the disappointment I call S2, and I genuinely enjoyed this episode! It looks like they're getting a hang of the animation style, and overall things seemed to flow a lot smoother and didn't feel so unnatural and grating with transitions and scene openings / conclusions. Still concerned about the quality of the storyline we're getting, however we got the premise right from the get-go with the announcement of holding BanG Dream at Budokan, so I'm really crossing my fingers that it'll be more than a PR stunt to get more people to play the game by slopping together some stuff that makes no sense, introducing a new set of characters into the already massive cast, and then introducing an actual conflict halfway through the show only for it to be solved sloppily with little satisfying resolution, just advertisements for new songs. I don't expect any adaptation for a game like Bandori to be masterfully done, but we definitely deserve an improvement. I'm very hopeful for this season. The production seemed way better just from this episode, we got what seems to be the main premise and conflict of the show established, the artwork in the OP/ED is amazing, and we've already got some other conflicts brewing, it seems, with Roselia's ambitions of competing in Future World Fes not being forgotten, and some pretty good character moments already from Masuki, Rokka, Reona, Rokka, Arisa and Ako (Ako of all characters! Hoping Roselia's arc focuses on her since it seems her conflict is most important) and hoping for more enjoyable moments in the next episode. Fangirl ver: Stan Popipa! Saaya indulging the silly airheaded Kasumi and Tae, along with teasing Arisa and being overly affectionate with everyone is super cute. Also Masuki's moment was by far my favorite scene! The art in the op/ed is so cute I'm so excited for what comes next!!! Also I want some more Kaoru and Maya this season, along with Tsugu and Hagu~ We got a lot of Hina last time so I'm happy about that much, at least. |

| Rokka once again being invited to join Popipa, but once again she refuse. Well, she will soon have a band in RAS. good to know that Space owner is ok. She has the good ability to make people do their best. Although are they throwing away a lot of money renting Budokan? Saya saying "what is it now?", she seems to be getting irritated when Pareo show up in the basement again. Well, no harm. She is just there to give them an invite card. looking forward to next week! :) |
| Completely forgot this aired, glad to have this back. BanG Dream is finally happening! Rokka invited to RAS, interested to see how she's gonna accept the offer or if she'll just accept straight away. Was nice to see everyone again. <3 |
