| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ------------------------- This episode was sooo heartwarming! I loved seeing Elena's family and how she deeply cares about them. Today's episode was about how we are all different, I sooo loved it! ♥ They also got Scorpio which is my sign yay! Tenjo is able to summon Nottorigas so I guess we will see MOTW very very often now which is great. Next week we can finally get to meet with our Phantom Thief! The trailer looks super exciting and there is going to be a lot of action from the looks of it. I can't wait to meet Mao! |
| I really liked the episode. Was fun watching Elena's family reunite. Btw, the music sounds more spanish than mexican. In my opinion. But they really know how to pronounce Mexico in spanish. |

| So Tenjo's shtick is turning the victim into a giant mook huh? That's not too different from a regular monster of the week but I'll take it. Really like how they each have their own gimmick now, really reminds me of Kirakira's villains. |

| If I had to be honest, this was a weird episode honestly....On one hand it was heartwarming when we saw her parents but on the other hand....It did feel like it was both a Elena episode and a Lala episode, not to mention that Touma was useless and he really annoyed me. |

| Hnnggg, so many heartmelting smiles this episode! I really liked in special the part where Lala talked with Touma, I can totally understand how he must have felt due to the usual pressure that comes from the opinions from the rest, but he really needs to appreciate the wonderful family he has, smiling is secured with them around. The kid becoming a monster via Tenjou's power was creepy af. No kirayabas or cute Fuwa getting fed tho, what is this bulli? |

| I thought the episode was pretty simplistic and formulaic, both in terms of story and production quality. That said, it was still heartwarming and had a great message for kids. I could even relate, having a weird family myself. I know I felt ashamed when I was much younger, when my mother was around. But now I own it, and I embrace the weirdness in not only myself, but everyone! It's an important lesson for kids. Also liked the fun Lala moment she had when she caught up with the little brother. Looks like next episode will be fun, too! Since we got like a quarter-series climax already, I can't wait until we reach the half-point. It's going to be epic! |
| The quality of the animation are still kind of disappointing to put it mildly . The difference between Precures shows are enormous, and i don't see this one as the chef-d'oeuvre of the Precure series . But not the worst either ,the transformations looks nice and are a little beacon of light The situation that occurs in the family and how they solve it feels very fabricated, and the pugnacious boy with his odd behaviour are not very convincing either. I don't get an immersive experience while i'm watching this, it feels forced and simplistic But it is a Kid anime so therefor a heartwarming family reunion is preferred ,still it could be done a bit smother My cute girls are always a joy to see beautiful and mesmerising,they are bright shining little stars . But in the whole i'm not very impressed ,and its future looks everything else then bright 3/10 |

| -SWEATS- Was he playing while driving?? You know, I had/am going to keep having a professor who is Japanese and married a man from Mexico. They do have a son and I thought, "Hmm, someone mixed with Japanese and Mexican, I don't know if I'll ever see a character like that on TV". Yet, here they are, and that's really heartwarming. Not even gonna lie, they kinda went a stereotypical route on Carlos, but it's not with bad intention. That's not really my place to say anything on the portrayal though. Touma as a Nottorigger was spooky. Also, hell yee! Scorpio! :UU I'm on the Libra-Scorpio cusp, but am more Scorpio... for when horoscope creators decide cusps aren't a thing. I think, maybe, some of these signs are a little odd though...?? Element-wise. I mean, Scorpio is a water sign, so to see it kinda looking like a fire sign threw me for a loop. There a previous sign that was like that too-- I think it was like Leo or something? Leo's a fire sign, but I think they went with blue types of colors for it. So I guess it's like the elements for Leo and Scorpio are switched, eh heh. Could have also gone by their associated colors. For example, Scorpio's colors are like black, blood red/dark red, grey while Leo's are like shades of gold. And one could say, "Well the Scorpio is the color of scorpions". But scorpions are also grey... and black... and red... and blue (to go with that water sign)... My point is, if we're going by the color of scorpions, those colors could have worked too. Didn't have to be orange. I dunno, it's not like it actually matters who purifies or gets each pen, so it would have been easy to give Cure Soleil all the ACTUAL fire signs instead of making Scorpio look like a fire sign...? I see they were trying to get a random going kinda... but some of them just ended up being pink anyway so... You know what? I'm too invested in this post. I just really like Astrology even if I don't follow it. But like dang, this is stuff they could have looked up on their own, you know what I mean? The zodiac is such a common, half-assed, unoriginal thing to use as a motif. At least go all the way, right? Or at least that's how I see using the zodiac. Show that you researched that stuff. Instead, we have fire sign Scorpio and a blue Leo.;; It's just kinda weird to me.;; Actually, when it comes to using Western things, I feel like Japanese creators really do just use them based on stereotypes sometimes instead of looking stuff up. I know Americans do that too though, but it's hella looked down upon. But I'm just saying... you got a whole ass team working on this anime and not one of them bothered to look up some stuff beyond what they thought they knew? I dunno. I'm just nitpicky when it comes to Astrology. Don't mind me. I don't actually mind or care that much, I'm just looking at it from a "if I were creating this show" perspective. From an audience perspective it was a good, sweet episode. ;o;;; |

| I think Elena is a great character but this episode was a bit boring. All that drama was so forced. At least the ending was hilarious. Poor Puruns. xD  |

| We got to know with Elena's family this time. They are a very happy and lively people. I understand how Touma felt. I liked the conversation between him and Lala. As Lala said, none of us are weird. We are just different. Those accessories that Hikaru brought for Madoka, Lala, and herself, were hilarious. Touma looked pretty creepy as a Nottorei. Gladly, after the fight, everything went back to normal. Touma is enjoying his family again. Haha. That ending was priceless. Poor Puruns. xD |
