Well it's interesting this season/episode has the idea of a culture festival.

Also, it seems it's about the time of Poppin'Party's first anniversary. I sense the excitement in the air.

Well, that certainly was a boppin episode. xD

Hina just going around bending everything to her will, hah. XD
Excited for the double cultural festival.

I need more of gamer girl Rinko with her headphones and multi monitor setup. xD

The Tae and Lay scene was easily the best part of the episode, both of them singing together, the flashback along with the really nice soundtrack in the background made it very compelling. Kid Tae is such a cutie. Lay's the first member of RAS that I've taken a liking too.

That final scene with Chu2 was so antagonist. xD

Here I was thinking, "They're done with the other bands, now back to PoPiPa." Yet, the absolute mad-lads bring out the temporary band, High School Part Time Workers! We're getting that song next episode, get hyped!

Layer and Tae had a past, interesting. I wonder how it fares for

. Seeing CHU^2 finally gathering Masking and Pareo has me excited, and not without her signature English catchphrases. It's really apparent that she's fluent, which is awesome for both her VA and character. A wine glass of jerky though....? She's crazy. I'm hyped!

Things got interesting in this episode, the school festival is close and Hina proposes a very interesting idea.
I laugh a lot with Hina, she is like a tornado of fun, totally opposite to the personality of her sister Sayo.
Hina proposes to Rinko to celebrate a school festival between both schools, something that I had not seen in another anime.
I love Rinko, she is so shy and adorable, but I love how she try to overcome her shyness.
Poppin'Party is preparing for their concert in Galaxy, which I like very much, especially when they told Rokka why they would play there, Rokka should be the most lucky fan of Poppin'Party, and the first anniversary of the band is coming and obviously they decided to celebrate it in the same festival that brought them together, so they will be having a lot of work to do.
Tae today had very good moments, the concert in the street was very cool and seeing Rimi all shy is very cute, Tae knows how to recognize a cute girl when she sees them, she is a girl of culture.
I also loved the new band formed by Aya, Moca, Lisa, Tsugumi and Kanon for the school festival, I really want to hear the music that they created, since they are part of very different bands.
Finally is revealed to us who was the girl that appeared at the end of the previous episode, Lay or Layer as I saw her name, is Tae's childhood friend and both sounds very good when they sing together.
Chu2 appears at the end of the episode and we see the blonde drummer girl, who we now know is called Masuki/Masking and we see another girl with a very flashy hairstyle called Pareo and Layer is part of this band too, apparently the revenge of Chu2 towards Roselia is near, I look forward to hearing this band that is forming.
The next episode we will listen to the band that was formed for the school festival.

Felt kinda bad for Kasumi's sister when Rokka leave her for Popipa when the two are supposed to spend the time together

The Story give us hint about the start of the raise a suilen band group. Otae childhood friend as vocalist, gives a hint about their band still need one more member for the guitarist position. surely the position would be taken by rock.

and also don't forget about transient band for bunkasai: aya as vocalist, moca as guitarist, lisa as bassist, tsugu as pianist, and kanon as drummer.

can't wait for the next episode

Interesting episode
So after "introducing" all main bands they get back to more story again huh

I feel like this 'all star band' is going to be like some moral milestone with a message like "even if all functioning members are great on their own- without bonds between the members their overall play is going to be dragged down" and in the end worse than Roselia after all
