I keep hovering around 145 lb or 65-66 kg.
I really want to get back to 155 lb or 70kg.

i'm 185cm

I used to weigh-in at 93 kg and just recently hit my dream weight at 65 kg.

Now my new goal is to reach 75 kg but without unnecessary fat.

Current Height: 5 foot 7 inches
Current Weight: 145 pounds
Goal Weight: 135 pounds
Not really trying to loose weight as much as I'm trying to gain muscle, and get help with my chronic fatigue syndrome.

So how does that effect your strength training? Can you only work out for 30 minutes without starting pass out or something?

As for myself I don't know if it is only just Thanksgiving Fat or if I am gaining some muscle back but I am up to 150 pounds now. I don't mind either way as I do need to continue to put on pounds anyways and then turn into muscle. It is how I got to 155 originally.

Yeah 165 is good for your height.
I'm 3 inches shorter than you and my goal is 155 right now as said.
But if I want to get more toned than 160 would be my mark so I can see why you'd want to bulk up more.

This morning was the second day I woke up to 150 pounds. So it is starting to become a norm. Hopefully I'll be able to maintain and then start moving up further!

It's been a rough past year for me, dealing with bad depression and anxiety, with tons of bad physical and mental habits, one of which was overeating and not exercising, so my weight jumped up quite a bit really quickly. Now, I'm in a much better mental place and I want to get back in shape again, for my health and for cosplay this year.

Current Weight: 185
Goal Weight: 140-150

I also started intermittent fasting and I'm getting used to skipping breakfast and not snacking at night. I gotta keep drinking water though!!!

One meal a day is a lot more effective than I thought. I'll aim for 130 while trying to gain some muscle as well.

Small habits like not snacking and daily exersize can help. Also drink lots of water! :^)
