 The official website of the anime adaptation of Atto's Non Non Biyori manga has revealed that the previously announced anime project will debut as a movie. Titled Non Non Biyori: Vacation, the movie will premiere in Japanese theaters in Summer 2018. The cast and staff members from the original anime series will reprise their roles. Non Non Biyori has been serialized under Comic Alive magazine since September 2009, and currently has 11 compiled volumes in print, with the latest shipped on May 23 earlier this year. The manga has inspired two TV anime adaptations by studio Silver Link. in Fall 2013 and Summer 2015, as well as two OVAs bundled with the seventh and tenth limited edition manga volumes. Seven Seas Entertainment has been publishing the manga in English since June 2015, and released the eighth volume on September 12. Sentai Filmworks licensed the anime for North American distribution and released both seasons in Blu-ray and DVD volume in January 2015 and November 2016. | Hmm iyashikei isn't all that suitable for movie format anime imo, they're too slow to marathon after all so more or less being forced to watch longer screenings in one sitting like this is a bit counterproductive. But hopefully it'll work out okay |

| A movie eh, it might work I guess for something so calm, as I watched Tamayura movies and they did well for finales. Too bad I've to wait for a long time before able to watch this compare to regular episodes. But it'll be all worth it. |
