| See guys, even a prick like Hayama has smiles that he wants to protect. And also, I didn't know that pickles was such an important component for burgers...I would always take them off since I hated them xD It's shame that best girl Hisako couldn't pull throough with the win...Well I guess it was necessary for her to grow out of Erina's shadow. Her foodgasm scene was still worth it though :p Subaru hype!! |

| Ryou wins and Megumi was so scared but most of the students accepted her as one of the improving top chefs at Tootsuki! Next match was Arato vs Hayama! I also predicted that Hayama is too tough opponent for Arato. And the results are true! Hayama is already one of the top caliber! Mimasaka was just introduced in S2 this episode...damn I SHOULDN'T clicked the "Spoler" button on MAL character page! DAMN IT! 5/5. |

| The Creepiness of Sabura is quite funny tbh haha, overall enjoyed the episode. Felt sorry for Megumi and Hisako although I do prefer those who have went through! Can't wait for the next showdown, really want Takumi to win this one however. |

That doesn't look good...A shokugeki... I wonder what'll be at stake ? Hope that damn Subaru doesn't drag Isami in this... Takumi & Souma making a promise of going against each other, to not lose until then...So much foreboding...D: Just when Souma finally recognized him as his rival. |

| This season is starting to be weak one... almost everything is predictable or even obvious, like who is gonna win. Next Aldini will lose, then Ryou will lose against Akira. Souma will win against this new big guy and in finals Souma will win against Akira.. and no I don't read manga/novel or whatever... First season so far was better and there is no good foodgasm because we lack pretty girls in this season... only one weak scene with this secretary.... Also I am happy that this secretary lost... how could she kill this turtle?! I hate her! and I would never want to eat her burger if I saw how it was done it looks disgusting with blood and all this other shit.. in around one hour there will 4 episode ;o |

| Hmm... so Tadokoro actually won even if she lost? Well.. Anyway, this episode was really average, I couldn't feel it. It seems they are running in circles, repeating themselves with this series and including this stale competition was bad choice. Even food magic doesn't work anymore and music/animation doesn't fit together well. It seems like this is just a chore for JCS. I know it failure of original work but even now it's already clear Ni no Sara can't beat greatness out of the first season. |

| Megumi lost, though I somehow predicted that, she is a black horse indeed! I hope what Kurokiba said will make Hisako go for a higher aim and not just aim to be 2nd place to Erina.. That turtle though really hard to imagine it being served as burger meat And when the director said this I'm like yeah!   |

| Ooh, another good episode. So Ryou ends up winning, which I am personally a fan of - I expected Megumi would power through because of MC powers, but guess not! Either way, that's definitely a huge step forward for her. Next up we have Akira vs Hisako. She killed that turtle live huh? That was kind of surprising XD Akira ended up winning, which I am happy about because I like him better. I like what he said about someone only aiming to be 2nd would never beat him. I wonder if that will encourage her not to just want to "follow behind" Erina? :O The other interesting part is that guy Souma met - someone new, who is definitely a character. I guess he must have snuck into 4th place at the end, because I definitely don't remember seeing him last season. Seems like a real stickler for details (tying down his bike, being kind of a creeper for Souma and Takumi's details), not to mention insulting Isami right before his match with Takumi ... yikes. Plus he could predict who'd win the previous match too! Seems like he might have challenged Takumi to an official Cooking Battle ... really looking forward to next episode! |

| Typing this before I finish the episode, but agggh! She sacrificed the turtle all for the sake of some meal that probably won't even win her the round. I can take a lot of gore, but I can't take turtle gore. :C Turtle equality is at an all time low right now. ;_;; Finished the episode. Of course she didn't win. Couldn't even look at her food. It's not even like a "omg people eating animals" thing; I just reaaaally love turtles. Eat other animals or other people all I care; just leave the turtles alone. :CCC |
| I loved the episode, but was I the only one who kept noticing the characters in the audience move positions. Like at first megumi was next to Shun then they all moved Yuki was inbetween Mito and Ryouko but then Ryouko was in the middle and ahhh. |

| One most not wreck a turtle unless one is to win!!! Poor turtle got butchered in vein. Saw Hayama winning, Hisako never stood a chance. That was awesome that every one reconsidered Megumi even though she lost. As a Megumi fan I approve. |

| I feel like I should be surprised everyone is freaking out over the turtle, but I guess it was close to inevitable. You have to kill animals to eat them, people. Get over it. That being said, while I wouldn't be opposed to trying turtle meat, adding the blood directly to the dish like that kinda killed it for me. Just thinking about it makes me want to gag. Hayama's dish seemed interesting enough to try. It looked delicious, speaking as a meat fan, but I'm a tad skeptical about the sheer number of spices he used. Although the anime portrayed it in a positive light, I would expect that to make the flavor profile more ambiguous rather than distinct. |

| So Hayama won against Hisako in the 3rd match tho the outcome was predictable. This Subaru guy on the other hand.. A little bit weird that they only show him at this part of the story, and I find it hardly credible that this guy would "stir up" this hole rivalization between Souma and Takumi. I think he will lose the shokugeki and Takumi will become even better. | Shows really repetitive so far. It's just the same thing over and over, they eat something and then theres a silly over the top reaction and then they eat the other food and it's the same. Then other people have their matches and so on. |

| Episode 3 : Vol. 9, Ch. 72-74- Ch. 75[last half]-76[beg] So the director didn't go bare-chested or Tadakoro's dish but he lost his loins. HAHAHA. Still, Kurokiba Ryou was the one that won. DANGGGG. Okay, so first off Yukihira sometimes looks bored. Like even through the manga you can see his face and he's just like idle. Sort of like he's lost this certain spark and not the confident gaze. Iono. It might just be me, though. Takumi is all sorts of adorable when he's thinking about a challenge against Yukihira!! HAHA. Then the person that's going up against Takumi looks like he's thrice the age of these guys. HAHA. OOOH. He spit on his mezzaluna. UH OH. IT'S A SHOKUGEKI. DIDN'T REALIZE THAT CHAPTERS 73-74 ARE IN HERE. |

| Poor Megumi :( For some reason I had a feeling she would lose. At least she did everything and cooked a great dish. Hisako vs. Akira was pretty delicious. They had to cook Hamburger and both of them made it in a really different way. Was a bit brutal to see how Hisako killed the turtle without any hesitation. :o She bet on her turtle burger which seemed like to be really delicious for the jury but damn Akiras Kebab Hamburger was absolute over the top. I laughed so much when the jury was waiting like dogs xD I felt sorry for Hisako :( I don't know what I should think about Subaru. He's such a creepy guy. He's worse as a stalker with all these informations he has about Souma or Takumi Aldini for example. So far we know nothing about him but that will change with the next episode. The last scene when he insulted Takumis brother and stuck his gum on Takumis knife was only to provoke him. The result now is a Shokugeki. I can't blame Takumi for this decission. It was a bad move by Subaru. Let's see if anything is behind his big mouth. |

| Subaru is a creepy stalker o_o It was a right decision for Takumi decide a Shokugeki war with that guy. Hope Takumi can send him to the other space and give a proper beating to his provocations. Show Subaru who's boss Takumi! >_< |
