Nice, that they decided to backtrack a little and show Akira getting back to Japan and falling for Miki.

But why did they have to give Silene such an awful design



Seriously, I hate that orange swimsuit/dress thing with a burning passion.

Awesome follow up to the first episode. Great fight scenes between Devilman and Sirene. We also get the backstory as to why Devilman changed his mission, which was mostly ignored in the first episode

it's strange I feel like I go from being surprised about the blood and violence depicted due to the era and it's intended audience, and then conversely surprised it isn't more so due it being Devilman haha

Fun episode but you have to ask why he didn't just Devil Beam Sirene to begin with. I have a feeling this will be a recurring theme throughout the series.
