The official website of ACCA: 13-ku Kansatsu-ka has announced a pair of new cast members that will appear on the first episode, as well as the theme songs performers for the upcoming series.

Eider: Aya Suzaki (Ansatsu Kyoushitsu (TV))

Gurus: Wataru Hatano (Hamatora The Animation)

Opening Theme Performance: "Shadow and Truth" by ONE III NOTES
Ending Theme Performance: "Pale Moon ga Yureteru" by Aira Yuuki

I read it's a special unit formed by Ryo Takahashi who is providing music for the anime. OP is going to be jazzy.
