Aww, Poko not feeling so well this episode.

However, I think it's heartwarming to see Souta taking care of him. Honestly, I think the two have grown really close now and after just a day, Poko got better again.

Not sure what I think about that Hamada guy. Well, he seems like a decent person at least. Hiroshi also seems like a funny person to hang out with. The trip to the Tokyo Trip in the end looked fun :D

Great episode again.

Looks like Poko wasn't feeling too well after his first outing to Souta's workplace.
Glad to see Souta nursing him back to health.

Very nice montage of Dahama, Souta, Poko and Hiroshi travelling around Tokyo. Poko's wonder at all the huge buildings was really cute and the entire segment was really heartwarming.

Looks like Hiroshi is still suspicious of Poko's identity.

It was a wonderful episodes though that's no surprise as they all have been.

I loved watching Souta taking care of Poko, it's so cute watching the whole relationship between those two.

Hiroshi and Dahama were also nice characters and it was cool to get some more info about Souta's life back in Tokyo.

I was worried that it was something Tanuki related, like they have a home territory and since they are yokai/spirits they wither when away too long.

Poco got sick in Tokyo! :( Good thing his cover wasn't blown...I hope. And Souta successfully resigned from his company to look after Poco. Well glad there was no hard feelings.

Souta goes to Tokyo with Poco. Poco feels unwell. Hiroshi sees Poco's ears and tail. Lol Souta was like "you saw nothing here." And Souta decides to resign and go back to his hometown after finishing the current project with Hiroshi. All that time he spent with Poco made him like his hometown more than before.

After the first episode, we get some udon here. So much for "udon world." Two episodes having udon doesn't make this an "udon world." I expected more udon here. But oh well, minor nitpick I guess.

And what happened to last week's Gao gao plot twist? The two girls saw a zipper on Gao gao's back and pulled it in the hot springs but we don't see who was inside if anyone was inside, that is.

Tokyo Adventure.

Poor Poko not feeling well.

Dahama & Gaogao chan voiced by the same guy.

Cool seeing the Tokyo Tower & Poko getting a chance to explore.
Souta resigning. Another step closer to seeing the Udon Shop opening.

So Souta resigned from his work in Tokyo. Kinda unfortunate, since the people seemed to be really nice.

Good episode.

I never notice the phrase until that anime got made popular... @_@

Poco not feeling well was worrying me. Souta did a good job taking care of him. His coworkers and boss look like good people. They were sad he had to leave, but at least there were no hard feelings. Hiroshi freaking out over Poco was funny xD He is still suspicious about him.

Souta finally made his decision whether to stay in Tokyo or Kagawa but one thing I don't understand is can't he keep on working for his boss while staying in Kagawa? They can communicate in various of ways and maybe he could go to Tokyo once a month to report or something. But if his boss has decided to accept his resignation and he even recommend a new workplace for Souta it's fine then I guess.

As expected the voice is way too soft compared to the background music and it's not as clean and clear when compared to the Gao Gao-chan short clip that it bothered me when I watch this week's show hope they'll improve in the future episodes.

Actually I was thinking about that during the last episode. I guess Kagawa Prefecture itself is "udon world" since there's tons of udon but I expecting more udon cooking in this show. Maybe during the second half, or whenever Souta decides to take over the udon shop? ;)

I'm surprised he couldn't just move to a work at home style for a while like most other programing jobs will allow

Well at least His regisnation wasn't so bad and he left on good terms. Poco is so adorable I was so upset when he was sick T_T but they're going home!

Hopefully Sae comes back into the mix. Looks like Mai and her daughter come back next week though.

This guy's work/life issues is actually giving me mild to severe anxiety due to relatability but I still enjoy it? idek... maybe this is what people who actively identify with the protag of WataMote but still like the show/manga feel?

Is this a translation error or a joke I don't get?

Nah it's just an unfortunate expression that doesn't translate well.

植物性 means derived from plants or related to the nature of plants, so the subs are just being literal. Sadly the literal translation happens to give the wrong image (of mental impairment no less).

The Western equivalent to what the boss is saying would actually be more like describing someone as a 'delicate flower' or a 'greenhouse rose' or something along those lines.

tachibana shinnosuke has voiced loads of uke. like onodera in sekai ichi hatsukoi. at first I thought it was kimura ryouhei cuz he keeps saying --su but doesn't sound like it

Souta took Poco with him to the city! :D

Looks like Souta is a valued employee in his company. He's good at what he does and it must've been really tough for his boss to let him go.

Hiroshi saw Poco's secret but is unsure. My poor Poco got sick :( he had no energy whatsoever to eat his udon.

I hope Hiroshi and their boss can go on a business trip to Kagawa and stay for a while.

That corgi was so damn cute. I was kind of worried it would bark at Poco because he could sense that Poco was a tanuki.

Scouting for locations - for a website?

I'm really glad, I don't have to bow when I resign. Since it happens that a**hole bosses caused resignation that would really be humiliating.

So, the problem in Souta-san's work is that his work mates need his help to finish their project before the deadline and the one who called him is his kouhai named Hiroshi.

We get to see how Souta and his boss met each other and it was when Souta was hospitalized due to an accident which I have no idea what yet.

And Souta came back to Tokyo. What a different sight. Poko met Souta's work mates for the first time and met Hiroshi who somehow got pissed because Souta's like quitting his job and jeez his joke that he's gonna throw Poko away wasn't funny. Poor Poko.

Ohmygod. That scene where Souta is so worried with Poko when he got sick. Nooooo my heart. ;-; Then he hugged him. Don't do this to me, show. Waah. Then Hiroshi appeared at Souta's apartment to apologize to Poko and he saw Poko with ears and tails. Souta's reaction. Hahahahahahaa! I'm dyiiiing. It's just your imagination, Hiroshi. Just your imagination.

Souta resigned for Poko. Soutaaaaaa. ;-; You're so nice, I'm not okay. ;-; So kind of Dahama-san telling Souta that there's the same company like his that does work on the Web, too. At least, Souta can work as a Web Designer while taking care of Poko at Kagawa, though I'm having a feeling that he'll run their family's udon restaurant.

Another great episode. <3

Honestly thought Poko's sickness was something Tanuki-related like getting weaker for being away from their land. Glad it was just a cold.

Good episode again. Such a shame Souta resigned from his work at Tokyo tho. His boss and co-workers seemed pretty likeable.
